I went through a full day personalized training and found it very insightful and relevant for my project of setting up a coffee shop in Australia next year. Ruth was great taking me through the Barista basics and then Youri helped me understand in detail some of the numbers related to such venture, including basic finances, licenses, etc. I then received a good follow up pack with plenty of information and guidelines to keep working on the details. I attended a Barista training course on Friday 1st Aug.My trainer was Ruth.What a fantastic mentor her teaching style was very relaxed,patient and knowledgeable.I went to the course a beginner and before i knew it i was making coffee(cappucino's)we made coffee non-stop and they tasted delicious.Ruths passion is great,she is fun to be around and full of beans(coffee beans)It was a great experience.Thank you so much. Ruth 'took charge' of my coffee morning doing a Barista course. I was not sure what to expect before I turned up but from the moment I stepped through the door and was welcomed I knew I had made the right choice. We got stuck into making coffee straightaway, tasting and discussing details that make a perfect espresso. Ruth's enthusiasm is testiment to how much she loves coffee and imparting her knowledge to others. I left my session dying to know more and keen to continue making more coffee's plus high on caffeine from all the tasting. I am now embarking on starting my own coffee business and know I will be using Limini for their support and guidance throughout. The introduction to barista course is perfect for coffee lovers and if you are starting out in the trade. What a perfect way to spend an afternoon! We were met by our trainer, Ruth, who is fun, VERY knowledgeable when it comes to anything coffee and has a fantastic way to train people. What an AWESOME day! These guys have so much knowledge AND are willing to share it which is a real treat. From the warm welcome through to the final cupping we were made to feel like part of the family! So welcoming and friendly. Such a great afternoon! All totally new to me but Ruth made us feel very welcome. All my questions were answered and the course covered all the basics and a little more. It was a fun afternoon and made me consider a future business! - Hannah

I entered the course having not made an espresso coffee before. There are many important details in the production of good coffee and Ruth covered these thoroughly giving insightful feedback for any issues that I was having. I finished the three hour training with a clear understanding of the foundations of a good coffee and returned to my place of work that day to make coffees for the owners, who said the coffee was of a strong quality, of which we could serve to customers (my place of work takes the quality of their coffee very seriously). Plus the support package will be very useful for me in the coming months as I continue to develop my coffee. Before going to the training I was told of how great the staff are- friendly, knowledgeable and fun- and my expectations were fully met. - OB

Great 1/2 day course, learnt so much valuable information and the on-line support available after the course is a brilliant idea. Very relaxed atmosphere, highly interactive and Youri made us extremely welcome. Thoroughly recommend this course for anyone looking to either purchase their first espresso machine (and pull a proper espresso!), or thinking about going into the coffee business. What can I say?! This course is such worthwhile and of course, value for my money! I have learnt so much from this session, by Ruth demontrating me many things, equipments and etc to make coffee. Latte art is such fun to learn and there were so many things I have never thought about, and now I know from this session. I would highly recommend anyone to book a session with Limini Coffee because you will benefit so many things from this session! - Emma
