I had a great day with Limini. I drove from London and wasn't sure what to expect, but I got a lot more than I bargained for. The training is really good and opened my eyes to a lot of things I knew but didnt know how to get there. The coffee must be the best I have tasted in a very long time. Trainer and Barista Ruth was great and and have a real gift for teaching. If you plan to open a coffee shop this is definitely one of the best courses to attend for your own good, your business plan and your future customers. 5 star rating from me!! - Ian

Having checked out the Limini Coffee web site that is packed with useful coffee shop business information we booked on a course. On 18th August 2014 we attended a one to one session on How to Start a Coffee Shop€™ training day. It'€™s a great course and we feel it was great value for money. This training day has helped us enormously in fine tuning our business plan for our coffee shop project. The course has also given us some practical experience on coffee machines/equipment and coffee making/types (more practice for us is required though). Fantastic tasting coffee as well! Ruth facilitated most of the day with us brilliantly. Youri popped in now and again to see how things were going offering advice and support. The expertise knowledge and helpfulness from Ruth & Youri certainly motivated us further on our coffee shop project. The support information Limini have provided is really useful and simple to understand. We would certainly recommend this course to anyone in the process of starting a coffee shop business. Travelled up from Norwich to do the half day barista course with Youri and would just like to say what a great course it is! Youri is very relaxed and friendly and we got straight into making different coffees. He told us all about setting up the grind and the delivery/brewing time, pulling a shot, foaming/steaming the milk, proper pouring and latte art. We learnt how to make all the different drinks from espressos to Latte Machiattos and all the little tips for forming good habits when making coffee under pressure. Everything was clearly explained and demonstrated and then he helped us have a go ourselves and we made (and tried) loads of great coffee. I can safely say this course is well worth doing whether your running a business or just fancy having a go, don't think about it just book it.....you won't regret it! - Leonie

A fantastic day and well worth the drive up to Bradford. I thoroughly enjoyed the Barista training. Ruth's passion for good coffee was infectious and as a non coffee drinker even I was swept away with the enthusiasm. The afternoon session 'how to set up a coffee shop' was particularly useful. It was tailored to my specific venture and I was able to ask questions and bounce ideas around. The coffee support pack you get at the end of the day is brilliant and so, so useful. Brilliant day. I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon course on Latte Art, it was a lot of fun and I learnt a lot. Ruth, our trainer, was exceptionally knowledgeable and her bubbly personality and enthusiasm was well matched by her professionalism and her focused approach. I went through a full day personalized training and found it very insightful and relevant for my project of setting up a coffee shop in Australia next year. Ruth was great taking me through the Barista basics and then Youri helped me understand in detail some of the numbers related to such venture, including basic finances, licenses, etc. I then received a good follow up pack with plenty of information and guidelines to keep working on the details. I attended a Barista training course on Friday 1st Aug.My trainer was Ruth.What a fantastic mentor her teaching style was very relaxed,patient and knowledgeable.I went to the course a beginner and before i knew it i was making coffee(cappucino's)we made coffee non-stop and they tasted delicious.Ruths passion is great,she is fun to be around and full of beans(coffee beans)It was a great experience.Thank you so much. Ruth 'took charge' of my coffee morning doing a Barista course. I was not sure what to expect before I turned up but from the moment I stepped through the door and was welcomed I knew I had made the right choice. We got stuck into making coffee straightaway, tasting and discussing details that make a perfect espresso. Ruth's enthusiasm is testiment to how much she loves coffee and imparting her knowledge to others. I left my session dying to know more and keen to continue making more coffee's plus high on caffeine from all the tasting. I am now embarking on starting my own coffee business and know I will be using Limini for their support and guidance throughout. The introduction to barista course is perfect for coffee lovers and if you are starting out in the trade. What a perfect way to spend an afternoon! We were met by our trainer, Ruth, who is fun, VERY knowledgeable when it comes to anything coffee and has a fantastic way to train people.
