Hazel and myself really enjoyed the course, particularly the incredible amount of information given. Which will be valuable to us when we get things under way. I really liked the pace of the course (especially having the coffee hit in the morning!!!). We both learnt a lot over the day and have a clearer direction as to how to proceed in our venture. I found Youri very supportive and a great motivator... I hope to keep close communication with Youri over the next few months as we start our adventure... Many thanks again. André

I came home from a day of coffee making training and latte art with Youri -- straight into my own small machine -- tried to practice all the technique that Youri told me -- and I think my machine has just made something that came out of heaven! Miles away better than anything I've ever made before. I could really say that it was a very good training that Youri gave. His passion was clearly show. It is infectious n and made me want to learn more about coffee! Even just simply coming to Limini's place is like going into a play room with so many magical toys in it. Don't even bother looking elsewhere for barista training! I travelled four hours to attend a two day course with Youri, covering all aspects of coffee and how to start a coffee shop. Youri has taken my dream and turned it into a practical reality. The course was informative, interesting, fun, and included lots of coffee drinking! Limini seems to have captured a unique blend of knowledge, professionalism and fun and deliver the courses with enthusiasm and the full and total belief that you CAN open and run a successful coffee shop, if that is what you want. Youri also lets you know that he is on hand to give further support if required. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Limini to anyone who is looking for any aspect of coffee training. - Jen

I attended the How to Start a Coffee Shop training with Youri yesterday and was delighted I had been! I have been in the planning stages of my business for about a year and am at the point now of looking for premises. As anyone planning a business will know, there are a seemingly infinite amount of things to think about, and it can get quite overwhelming, especially when it's your first business. The course really helped me to refocus on the key things I need to be thinking about now, and the progression of my business. It is a very practical course and really helped me to get to grips with the numbers. The course material is invaluable - for me, particularly the rota and the pricing calculator. Youri is a great trainer - the whole day was interesting, focused and fun. It's great to spend some time on the machine, and looking at what makes a bad coffee as well as a good one is very helpful! Have just completed the 2 day course on How to Start a Coffee Shop. This course is second to none! The training is comprehensive and clear but done in such a way that you don't realise just how much you are learning. Stuart and Youri make you feel at home from the second you walk through the door and at the end of the two days you feel like you have known them forever. Being right at the start of my coffee shop business, I am very new to all of the aspects of running an establishment as well as the fear of starting a new business. They both gave me confidence in the things I have already completed and great insight into the things that I haven't yet experienced. I could not recommend this course highly enough both from the enjoyable aspect and the business information. I travelled nearly 300 miles to undertake this course and would not hesitate to do it again for any further training I felt I needed. This is an excellent course! I completed the 2 day How to Start a Coffee Shop course with Stuart and was very impressed by the content and structure of the course, not to mention the passion and knowledge about both coffee itself and the coffee business. Stuart and Youri, who popped in every so often, covered every aspect of the business and offered much encouragement and ongoing support while also informing about the negatives to be aware of and how to overcome them. A very realistic approach. I am truly happy to have met both Staurt and Youri, lovely people with an immense knowledge of coffee and a brilliant, fun, and effective way of delivering information. We had a 4 hour course which we both thoroughly enjoyed. It was informative, Interactive and of course hands on. Youri is very knowledgable, has a clear passion for coffee, has a great training style putting everyone at ease and was enthusiastic and eager for us all to learn regardless of our reason for being there. We are trying our best to master our art on our basic coffee machine whilst we wait to buy some improved equipment and so far my best heart has looked like pacman! Last but certainly not least, we also tasted the best coffee we've ever had. Thank you, and I am recommending your course to anyone who asks what we did at the weekend!! - Susan and Martyn
