Fruity with notes of Orange and Milk Chocolate
This coffee is from Huehuetenango which is one of the three non-volcanic regions in Guatemala. It is one the best coffee production areas with very high altitude and dry cultivation.
This coffee is a SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) from the varieties Typica, Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai and is a washed process harvested in January to April.

Swiss-Water Decaf
This is a 100% chemical free decaffeinated coffee using the swiss-water decaffeination process.
Our decaf beans are from Brazil and have been carefully sourced to ensure the coffee is smooth and consistent throughout the year.
You can use this coffee through the espresso machine and we can grind this for you; although we recommend to grind fresh for each coffee.
Full bodied with notes of dark chocolate.

Mountain Water Process Decaf
Using water from the highest mountain in Mexico, this coffee has been processed naturally leaving a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free.
Our coffee is from the varietals Bourbon, Caturra, Typica and Catuaí and is grown around 1,000 meters. The relative low altitude results in large beans and smooth coffee with a low acidity.
This decaf coffee is from smallholder producers who deliver to the San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations in northern Chiapas, to the east and northeast of Tuxla Gutiérrez the region.
