This is a great course if you're starting out on your journey in becoming a coffee shop owner. From the boring stuff like finance through to the fun of coffee art, layout plans decor, the course has everything. Youri and Ruth are great teachers, very patient and passionate about great coffee. - Chris

I spent a day with Ruth - it was a lovely environment, relaxed but with all the equipment and space needed. I learnt a lot - so much so that I won't let my husband make coffee from now on! Ruth was extremely knowledgeable and patient - I would thoroughly recommend both the barista and latte art courses. Will continue to practice and use the useful on-line support provided. Spent the whole day with Ruth who is a very good & importantly patient teacher. As an enthusiastic amateur who enjoys good coffee I found the whole day very informative and enjoyable. I can honestly say that I did not realize the amount of complexity that is involved in making a GOOD cup of coffee. I will be buying my own [ small ] coffee machine and practicing what I have learnt. My wife and I recently attended a limini barista training course. We both really enjoyed the experience and the staff were very professional in their approach towards us as students. We left the course with a lot of confidence and comfortable in the thought that we can provide to our customers a better presented product. This course was the perfect answer to a multitude of questions I had brewing in my mind but the best part was that it also made me consider things from a different angle. The hands on coffee machine work was great fun and as a result I still seem to remember everything. Fantastic introduction to wonderful world of pulling and serving excellent coffee. Nice relaxed environment with an excellent array of equipment. Fantastic host and trainer in Youri who made it a fun environment to learn in and I came away empowered with the belief that I can and will now serve coffee the way it should be done... I discovered the course online and subsequently heard positive feedback about Limini from other people. I attended the Advanced Barista training as a 1 day 1 on 1 course, The day has improved by appreciation of the significance that small and incremental variances make on the quality of the final product. As a result I am already seeing dramatic improvements in consistency and taste. In short a vast improvement and greater confidence in what I am doing. The course itself was very enjoyable with Ruth providing the bulk of my training. Lots of fun, very relaxed and great company. Youri injected his enthusiasm and knowledge at the odd time during the day which was great also. I am now confident I could fine tune most machines/grinders to make a great brew. Was worth every penny. Alex

We are opening an artisan cake/coffee shop in Wetherby and wanted some help and advice with the theory setting this up. Youri is very knowledgeable and the training side of the course helped us immensely to fine-tune our plans. We then had an afternoon with Ruth on the barista training course which was also fantastic. We loved it and learnt so much, being completely new to coffee. Limini have converted us to coffee lovers!!
