I checked out the internet for a course that might tell me everything I needed to know to start and run a coffee shop. Limini was the best website. I booked the course hoping it would be what I wanted to know and expecting the coffee to be hopefully as good as the main players, Costa etc. I spent the day with Limini on the training course. It was like a revelation. I got everything I needed to know and lots more I hadn't thought about (even though I am an accountant). I must say the coffee was the best I have ever tasted (and better than Costas etc.). The training course was absolutely brilliant. I can't think of a better training course that I have been on. Thank you Limini. I now feel totally equipped to run a coffee shop. - Peter

Had a fantastic time. I learned loads and thoroughly enjoyed it. Vicki is an excellent teacher and I picked up a huge amount of knowledge quickly and easily (although now getting a coffee in town will be harder because I know all the bad habits to look out for !!!). 5 star experience during this 2 day course. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of starting a new cafe/coffee shop etc. As the course is one - on - one it's completely tailored to your business ideas and not necessarily just coffee shop. When booking, my main reason was around the theory component but I have to say I really enjoyed the hands on barista training. Vicki is an amazing instructor & her passion for coffee completely shines through. She puts you at ease immediately & broke everything down into achievable steps so the whole thing didn't appear daunting. The 2 days flew by & i felt really motivated & enthuastic leaving. The support pack & resources are great. Overall really impressed with the course & facilities & I would highly recommend. - Gill

Thanks Ruth the coarse was exactly what we were looking for an educator passionate about coffee, fantastic coffee and excellent equipment. Having not been able to find this level of passion locally it was well worth the 2 hour drive. Looking forward to making the type of coffee currently I'm unable to buy! Many thanks - Steven
