Thank you to our wonderful trainer Vicki for making our day with Limini Coffee so helpful and inspiring. So much information imparted over the duration of the course and we even got to hone our coffee making skills. This course is an absolute must for anyone considering opening a coffee shop. As a complete novice to the industry, when I first came across their website and read the course content it felt a bit too good to be true - everything they covered seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. I spent two days on the one-to-one course and the trainer Ruth was fantastic. The pace was neither too fast nor too slow and she had a real empathy with the issues I raised offering invaluable advice. The theory side of the course was fantastic and I have come away with pre-formulated spreadsheets tailored specifically to my business. Ruth's passion for coffee was infectious and the coffee I learnt to make was sublime. I have booked my staff onto the Barista training course in a couple of week's time to ensure they become as enthusiastic about the coffee as I now am. I can recommend courses at Limini Coffee. Team was very helpful from beginning till last minute we were on their premises. Coffee was superb. We changed our minds about coffee for ever. Vicki and Bex showed great commitment making sure we felt good. We did 2 day course 2 to 1 How open coffee shop . If you are considering setting up a coffee shop then you must go on a Limini course!! We attended the Theory Course which was 3 hours long and it provided us with everything we need to take our concept to reality. I spent the day with Vicki on the barista and latte art training course, and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Vicki was super nice, really friendly and totally knew her stuff. I was very lucky in that no-one else was booked on to the course at the same time as me, so I got 1-1 attention! I had a lot of fun learning and practicing the art of making amazing tasting coffees and wonderful creations with latte art.
