I checked out the internet for a course that might tell me everything I needed to know to start and run a coffee shop. Limini was the best website. I booked the course hoping it would be what I wanted to know and expecting the coffee to be hopefully as good as the main players, Costa etc. I spent the day with Limini on the training course. It was like a revelation. I got everything I needed to know and lots more I hadn't thought about (even though I am an accountant). I must say the coffee was the best I have ever tasted (and better than Costas etc.). The training course was absolutely brilliant. I can't think of a better training course that I have been on. Thank you Limini. I now feel totally equipped to run a coffee shop. - Peter

Had a fantastic time. I learned loads and thoroughly enjoyed it. Vicki is an excellent teacher and I picked up a huge amount of knowledge quickly and easily (although now getting a coffee in town will be harder because I know all the bad habits to look out for !!!).
