The course was very informative and our trainer Ruth made it interesting and fun which made the learning much easier. I learned things I knew very little about and I now feel confident that I can go on to develop my knowledge and skills much further. I would like to thank Ruth for making it a special day and also Yuri for taking the time to come to say hello. I had a really great time on the Barista training course with Vicki. As a complete beginner I wasn't sure how much I could learn in 3 hours, but it was surprising how much I got from it. I feel more excited about my business idea and I will definitely be back at Limini for more training. The coffee tasted awesome and if my business gets off the ground I definitely want to be serving it in my shop. - Christy

I have recently completed a 2 day course at Limini on setting up a coffee shop. The course covered every aspect that you need to make the decision on whether to proceed or not. Vicki was totally professional and provided all the tools needed to get to grips with the financial details. I would highly recommend taking the 2 day version of the course to ensure that you get the full benefit. - Rob

I thoroughly enjoyed the half-day Barista Course. It built on my knowledge and took it to the next level. The chance to be taught how to use a commercial machine by somebody as knowledgeable, interested and able as Ruth was invaluable. This course was awesome! I came with a vague interest in coffee but a strong interest in managing a coffee shop. I came away with a new-found respect for the coffee making business (and having drunk the best coffee I remember having!), and a very detailed understanding of what I need to do next. The course covers all the bases for anyone planning or running a coffee shop and provides a comprehensive checklist of all the things a coffee shop owner should know and be reminded of regularly. The barista training was good for arming any coffee shop owner with essential knowledge and skills to do the work expected and provided a welcome offset to the theoretical part of the course. The trainers (I had Ruth but also saw Vicky in action) are knowledgeable and infectiously enthusiastic, and you come away feeling properly prepped. Limini also provides refresher courses as well as staff training when you are ready to start up your business and take the machinery from them. Highly recommended! - Joseph

Such a fantastic day. We both learnt so much and it's motivated us more than ever to start our first coffee shop.
