I wanted simply to learn more about the drink I've loved for years but frustrated with what I could make at home. I had a fantastic time learning and came away so much better educated and passionate about great coffee €“ and the whys and how to make it. Vicki (the trainer) was brilliant a€“ very easy to get along with and an excellent teacher. Doubtless I'll be back once it's all settled in€“ and can't wait. - James

The course covers all the bases for anyone planning or running a coffee shop and provides a comprehensive checklist of all the things a coffee shop owner should know and be reminded of regularly. The barista training was good for arming any coffee shop owner with essential knowledge and skills to do the work expected and provided a welcome offset to the theoretical part of the course. The trainers (I had Ruth but also saw Vicky in action) are knowledgeable and infectiously enthusiastic, and you come away feeling properly prepped. Limini also provides refresher courses as well as staff training when you are ready to start up your business and take the machinery from them. Highly recommended! - Joseph

The coffee at Limini was amazing and the course itself was brilliant just what we wanted. Ruth was lovely and answered all questions and encouraged them even when I thought they might be silly. The whole day was very well structured and there was plenty of opportunity to discuss all aspects and have a go on the different machines. I throughly enjoyed the day and would encourage others to go along and have its of fun and learn. The excitement it gave me to keep pursuing my vision is undeniable. I had a fantastic time with Ruth for my Latte Art Course! She answered all of my questions and guided me through the procedure each step of the way, hanging back at times to make sure I didn't feel rushed or crowded. A definite boon to my barista skills and confidence with handling all of the shiny bits! :) Highly recommended. - Kurt

I recently went on the Limini Coffee course and really enjoyd my time there. Vicki the trainer was very friendy and informative throughout the day and was very weelcoming when i arrived. The group was small and we each had a machine to work on. The day was very practical and hands on and we were more often on the machines than not. The skillls I learnt as a complete novice to working with coffee will hopefully become useful in the future and is a good insight into how coffee works. A reall enjoyable day! - Elliott

If you want to get a better understanding of how to run a coffee shop and how to make great coffee then I would suggest that you come visit Limini Coffee. Ruth was a fantastic trainer and is really friendly too she was very adept at explaining everything and at a good pace for myself. Thanks to Limini I had my first tasting session of cold brew coffee which was an unexpected but fun addition to the day that I spent there. I can not recommend Limini enough seriously if your reading this your thinking about it so give Limini a call.- Jon

We have been with Limini for two years now and the overall experience of products and service has been utterly superb! Youri and the excellent team have been instrumental in setting up and supplying our Cafe. The success of our Cafe has been mainly due to our reputation for first class coffee, infact, I was prompted to write this review as only today I was told by an Australian coffee fan that we serve the best flat white he had ever had in the UK! This is down to the Limini espresso blend (Liscio) we use and the proper training to produce a superior looking and tasting drink. - Richard

Thank you so much for an amazing training session, I haven't laughed that much in ages it was really really fun! From the moment I entered I was made to feel very welcome the customer service is impeccable! I was on a class with one other women so very personalised and enabled thorough training covering everything from the roasting through to latte art. I am much more of a tea person but no word of a lie the coffee tasted amazing!! I was unsure of which blend to choose for my new coffee business so Ruth had the 2 blends available for me to try, I settled on the Kata which is smooth and a great all rounder blend. I would highly recommend Limini coffee for training and supplies. Thank you all again so much for a truly amazing day!! - Sarah
