What a fantastic day I've had! I've learnt so much today. Ruth was lovely and very knowledgeable. The coffee was amazing and now I'm making coffee to a much higher standard. This course is a must for anyone in the business or enthusiasts. Great value for money. Highly recommended - Anthony

Ruth, our trainer for our 2 day course, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the industry and allayed all of our apprehensions about opening our shop. What a great day....everything I expected and more, my partner and I learnt such a lot and vicki was exceptional, great advice given and I'm feeling much more confident opening my new coffee shop. We did the two day course with Ruth. The course is really interesting and very informative. A good mix of theory and practical. It was inspiring and confidence boosting. The coffee tasted so good that for the first time ever I could drink coffee without my ubiquitous 2 sugars or sweetners - amazing! Ruth was our trainer, who is very passionate & knowledgable about all aspects of coffee and running a coffee shop. In addition we met both Vicky and Youri and they were also very friendly and welcoming. The whole experience is a must for anyone embarking on running their own coffee shop. The course is informal and fun, particularly when trying to decipher our own attempts at latte art! Clearly much practice is needed but we now feel so much more confident in using our own machines; were so excited to get going now. Thank you so much Ruth. Xxx David and Michelle

We did the course for a bit of fun and to learn something different. We had a great day, it went far too quickly. It is going to take a lot of practice to achieve the lovely latte art produced by Ruth but hey we will get there!! . I had a fab day on the course! Vicki was fantastic and really knew her stuff, she made me feel at ease and the information given to me was invaluable and will help me massively with the setting up and running of my coffee shop. I loved making all the different coffees which all tasted fantastic! very impressed and will be back again soon! I recommend the course to anybody who is thinking or setting up their own coffee shop or restaurant! as the help and information they give you makes you feel better about a daunting but exciting experience and future!
