We did the two day course with Ruth. The course is really interesting and very informative. A good mix of theory and practical. It was inspiring and confidence boosting. The coffee tasted so good that for the first time ever I could drink coffee without my ubiquitous 2 sugars or sweetners - amazing! Ruth was our trainer, who is very passionate & knowledgable about all aspects of coffee and running a coffee shop. In addition we met both Vicky and Youri and they were also very friendly and welcoming. The whole experience is a must for anyone embarking on running their own coffee shop. The course is informal and fun, particularly when trying to decipher our own attempts at latte art! Clearly much practice is needed but we now feel so much more confident in using our own machines; were so excited to get going now. Thank you so much Ruth. Xxx David and Michelle

We did the course for a bit of fun and to learn something different. We had a great day, it went far too quickly. It is going to take a lot of practice to achieve the lovely latte art produced by Ruth but hey we will get there!! . I had a fab day on the course! Vicki was fantastic and really knew her stuff, she made me feel at ease and the information given to me was invaluable and will help me massively with the setting up and running of my coffee shop. I loved making all the different coffees which all tasted fantastic! very impressed and will be back again soon! I recommend the course to anybody who is thinking or setting up their own coffee shop or restaurant! as the help and information they give you makes you feel better about a daunting but exciting experience and future! Thank you to our wonderful trainer Vicki for making our day with Limini Coffee so helpful and inspiring. So much information imparted over the duration of the course and we even got to hone our coffee making skills. This course is an absolute must for anyone considering opening a coffee shop. As a complete novice to the industry, when I first came across their website and read the course content it felt a bit too good to be true - everything they covered seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. I spent two days on the one-to-one course and the trainer Ruth was fantastic. The pace was neither too fast nor too slow and she had a real empathy with the issues I raised offering invaluable advice. The theory side of the course was fantastic and I have come away with pre-formulated spreadsheets tailored specifically to my business. Ruth's passion for coffee was infectious and the coffee I learnt to make was sublime. I have booked my staff onto the Barista training course in a couple of week's time to ensure they become as enthusiastic about the coffee as I now am. Hi Guys, Just thought I would write a quick note to say what a fantastic time we had with you last Saturday. Vicki was amazing, we had such a laugh and learned so very much. I can recommend courses at Limini Coffee. Team was very helpful from beginning till last minute we were on their premises. Coffee was superb. We changed our minds about coffee for ever. Vicki and Bex showed great commitment making sure we felt good. We did 2 day course 2 to 1 How open coffee shop .
