My experience at Limini Coffee was absolutely brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgable, and helped with anything you needed. I've learned so much in only two days of working with Limini Coffee and would recommend to anyone who would like to gain knowledge and/or skills relating to coffee, or to anyone who would love to try something new! The half day course I attended was more than I could have hoped for. The tutor, Vicky, made me feel welcome and completely at ease from the moment of walking in the door. It was a fun course but also very informative & I learnt a lot from just one morning. Even for a non coffee drinker like myself, it was a great day & even tempted me into sampling a few coffees! I had a great experience on the Latte Art Course, I was very lucky because I was the only one signed up to the course. Vicky was amazing, she asked questions to work out what my knowledge base was and then we went from there! I made about 45 cups of coffee in the 3 hours and attempted 4 different designs of Latte Art in that time, I now have the technique for all of them, I just need more practice. Using the commercial coffee kit was awesome! The course really gave me confidence and has increased my interest in coffee and i'm looking at what course I can do next! - Paul Crawford

I have just had the two most amazing days at Limini Coffee. I done the two day course on opening a coffee shop up and I've definitely come away with lots more knowledge and understanding with the coffee side of things but also the business side of things. Vicki was absolutely amazing and it was great to see the passion she had with everything. I was definitely looked after there and was made to feel very comfortable. Now that the positive stuff is out of the way, time for the negative. Vicki didn't find my best joke funny! The course was a present from my wife, who knew that I had in mind the conversion of a baker's van to a mobile coffee shop. I had no idea what to expect. I left the course after three hours knowing a great deal more than when I arrived. A great deal more. I was one of four 'students' with similar levels of knowledge - essentially almost none. There was a lot to get through in three hours, but the instruction was clear, concise and effective. The trainer Vivki was inclusive, attentive and clearly knew the subject. There was no patronising, although we all gave her plenty of opportunity to highlight our ignorance. The course was a nice blend of instruction and practice. I would recommend this course to anyone with an interest in coffee and some degree of curiosity about how to make it. At home I still plough on with my macchinetta and occasionally a hand grinder and dzezva, a hangover from many years living and working in the Balkans. But come the time when I set my van up, I will feel equipped to use these fancy new toys and will do so with confidence. I am still partly a Luddite, but now a Luddite more accepting of new ways. Hi, I have been a customer of yours for just over a year now and whilst just a domestic user and having tried other suppliers from time to time I rate your coffee as THE BEST in terms of quality, taste and value for money. I just love your Kata blend even though I have sampled several of your other blends. It is my favourite comfort drink for cappuccino or flat white. Also your turn round service is just brilliant, cannot fault it. We did the afternoon barista training last week. We had so much fun and learnt lots in only 3 hours. Would defiantly recommend to anyone who is opening a coffee shop. The coffee tastes great too. Thank you for such a relaxed and fun afternoon. - Kirsty Talbot
