I attended the full 2 days course early April together with my Son. Viki took through all the practical part of the course which is coffee making as well as the financial side of how to run a coffee shop business. Viki was on top of her work and she knows a lot about coffee business and we very happy that we have done the course. I consider it a small investment that will go a long way to positively impact any coffee shop start up business. well done Viki. Ahmed

The half day course I attended was more than I could have hoped for. The tutor, Vicky, made me feel welcome and completely at ease from the moment of walking in the door. I had a great experience on the Latte Art Course, I was very lucky because I was the only one signed up to the course. Vicky was amazing, she asked questions to work out what my knowledge base was and then we went from there! I made about 45 cups of coffee in the 3 hours and attempted 4 different designs of Latte Art in that time, I now have the technique for all of them, I just need more practice. Using the commercial coffee kit was awesome! The course really gave me confidence and has increased my interest in coffee and i'm looking at what course I can do next! - Paul Crawford

I have just had the two most amazing days at Limini Coffee. I done the two day course on opening a coffee shop up and I've definitely come away with lots more knowledge and understanding with the coffee side of things but also the business side of things. Vicki was absolutely amazing and it was great to see the passion she had with everything. I was definitely looked after there and was made to feel very comfortable. Now that the positive stuff is out of the way, time for the negative. Vicki didn't find my best joke funny! Other than that and (funny) jokes aside, this course was definitely worth it and I look forward to keeping in contact with the team there. Thank you for everything! - Ben Greaves
