A Barista course is something I'd fancied doing for a long time after going to Cup North and taking part in cupping evenings. What a fantastic Christmas pressie this course was from my husband. I had no idea what to expect from the morning Barista course. I was unsure if I would be out of my depth and others there would be far more experienced than me ( me with no experience what so ever) !! I was met by one of the trainers Luke, and in no time at all I felt at ease. I thank him for sharing his knowledge with us. There was no 'messing about' with videos and computer bumf, it was a case of 'let's make coffee'. Thank you for a wonderful experience, I learned so much in such a short time. I can make a good coffee. With a reasonable latte art tulip and heart and my own creations too, maybe the tomato will catch on!! I would highly recommend this course to anyone regardless of your knowledge. You don't have to work in the industry to enjoy this day. Go for it, have fun and go home on a caffeine high! Great course. I joined the course with no Barista experience at all. By the end of the session I could froth milk, produce steamed milk and a variety of drinks. I loved the course being hands on, the instructor was very informative and attentive. The training provided me with the opportunity to learn from mistakes and go through the teething problems of using a Barista machine in a safe environment and under careful supervision. - Changiz Afshari

I booked a last minute place for my daughter and I on the one day 'How to run a coffee shop course' and can not say how pleased I was that I did. We were warmly greeted by the enthusiastic Vicki and after chatting with her about our potential business idea we got straight down to learning about the machines and sampling our makes. The course also covered every aspect of opening a coffee shop from tax, accounting and layout and anything else you could think of, it was brilliant to have someone with the industry background knowledge that Vicki had to fire questions to. My daughter and I came away even more excited about our venture but now confident that we had the tools to really make it succeed. Vicki and Limini really know their stuff and make the day informative, yet relaxing and most importantly fun! Unlike many other training providers you are able to contact Limini at any time after your course to ask for help and advice which I thought was exceptional. I would actually recommend anyone going along and learning about how to make a good coffee just for yourself! Attended the Latte Art course with Luke. It was perfect in every respect and Luke was faultless in his presentation. His knowledge was amazing and he was so patient with my efforts. Well worth driving from Nottingham and it fulfilled all my expectations. What a fantastic course we have done in our life to start up coffee shop which made me so much clear idea for my further process. I recommend to attend this course at least 6 months in advance before opening coffee shop your dream goal and friendly staffs, especially Vicky!!! who taught us in friendly environment with lots of fun!!!! - top

I attended the "How to set up a coffee shop" 2-day course, led by Vicki - it was a great experience. The course is a combination of practice with lots of coffee making - basically learning to make every single coffee item on the menu, which is what you'd expect to serve, plus plenty of latte art (and coffee drinking!) - and theory - all your questions answered, hands-on with writing your business plans, discussing your ideas, etc. Youri, one of the founders, was also very friendly and would, from time to time, propose having some impromptu coffee tastings. I would definitely recommend Limini, its coffee, this course, Vicki and all the Limini team! - Federico Ponce de Leon

Really enjoyed my time at Limini attending the Barista course. Vicky is an excellent tutor, with a lot of knowledge and she answered all my questions on the day. You can see that Vicky has a real passion for good coffee, therefore her instructions are very clear and concise.
