I was given a La Pavoni Europiccola coffee maker and have had some success but wanted to be able to make truly excellent coffee so thought I would treat my self to the 3hr Barista course. Vicki took the course and she is brilliant. There were only two of us and she took us through so much stuff that my head is now spinning. But: I can go home and will be able to tell the difference between a good espresso and a bad and will be able to tell where the flavours in my shots are coming from. We covered a bit of latte art, lets just say I have a lot to learn in this area. We made soooooo much coffee in so many different styles. I would totally recommend this course if you want to make a great cuppa, it is awesome. The teaching was not specific to my machine but every skill was presented in such a way as to be fully transferable. Big thank you Vicki and thank you for your positivity in the face of my dodgy latte art. Paul.

I had the best couple of days with Limini for their coffee shop course - they're incredibly friendly and welcoming and of course the coffee is outstanding. The amount of detail in the course was huge and their knowledge is both impressive and reassuring. Vicki was a great trainer and really fun to be with for the two days. I loved learning all about coffee and especially the latte art! I would definitely recommend the course to anyone considering it - or even a visit to them for the coffee and some barista training. A really fantastic day. I had no idea there was quite so much to coffee. Amazed at the number of variables go into making the perfect coffee but Youri explained everything and particularly enjoyed learning from someone so clearly passionate about coffee and teaching too. I tasted the best coffee I think I've ever had and now need feel totally inspired to recreate that myself at home. Would recommend to anyone who wants to learn how to make and taste the best coffee possible! Jon
