Hi I just wanted to say a massive Thank You to Luke. I attended a one day course last week on how to run a Coffee shop. I learned so much and enjoyed every minute of it even though there is a lot to take in. I found the timeline very useful and it will help me on my journey. Great course informative and interesting day - Claire Davis

Both of us attended the one-day Barista Training & Latte Art Course. We had a fantastic time - from learning about the process of roasting coffee beans, the science behind making good espresso to techniques of steaming milk and mastering latte art. There are loads of time and opportunities to practice making different types of coffee and we are really pleased that we managed to make a decent latte art by the end of the course! Luke, who is our Barista trainer, is a really knowledgable, patient, informative and approachable. This is definitely a great course (and gifts!) for those who enjoy drinking coffee and would like to take their coffee interest and passion to the next level. There is no doubt that we have gained more information and skills than what we expected. An invaluable experience and would highly recommend it!!! - Ye Ru & Say How

Me and Mel had a great time today. Vicki was friendly fun full of knowledge and most importantly she made us both feel at ease. We learnt so much that we will 100% be putting into practice and look forward to visiting you again in the future. Absolutely superb!

I really enjoyed my course, informative and learnt a lot I definitely didn't know before. I like the you're sent the materials after the course also do you don't forget, even enjoyed a tour around the warehouse and lunch which I wasn't expecting either! Tried a lot of coffee which really changed my opinion in it with the way it taste's when it's made and stored correctly! I'd definitely buy their coffee for myself in future. Excellent course with brilliantly informed tutor. One on one particularly helpful as it allows you to drill down on the aspects of your business you really need help on whilst allowing you to shorten the coverage on the bits you already have covered. - David Clarkson
