I really enjoyed my course, informative and learnt a lot I definitely didn't know before. I like the you're sent the materials after the course also do you don't forget, even enjoyed a tour around the warehouse and lunch which I wasn't expecting either! Tried a lot of coffee which really changed my opinion in it with the way it taste's when it's made and stored correctly! I'd definitely buy their coffee for myself in future. I found the How To Start a Coffee Shop course hugely beneficial and valuable as I consider my next steps and options. Lumini's approach is very collaborative and thorough. I was very keen to understand profit margins, management of staff and general pitfalls much better. I was not disappointed and Luke was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. His manner is also very encouraging and positive. I am now much more confident in my understanding of what's ahead if I choose to open a shop and have Luke and Lumini to thank for that.
