We have been looking for a local roastery that provides a dark roasted bean, suitable to our palate, that we can grind at home and so we are delighted to have found Limini Coffee. If you're looking for excellent coffee and first class service look no further. I ordered from limini next day delivery sadly my coffee did not arrive (issues with Royal Mail) I contacted limini and received a very swift response - looking into the problem and keeping me updated. After 2 days still no coffee the wonderful Youri was on the case - arranged for my delivery to be couriered to me and even phoned to check it had arrived the next day! Having met Youri and Samantha in an unlikely place and seen first hand the quality of their palates it was an easy step to make the first purchase from them. Never looked back as the product is outstanding. The Swiss water method decaf is lovely and we have been blown away by the single origin Brazil and Ethiopian coffees. I attended a short 3 hour 1-2-1 barista training session, which I felt was all I needed just to give me some confidence in working the coffee machine where I was about to volunteer. The trainer, Luke, was very patient and helpful, and fully covered all the aspects I needed. Plenty of time to get as much practice as I wanted, and really useful advice on the workings of the coffee preparation. Ideal for what I wanted, would recommend! - Selwyn Hughes

Just completed a '2-day How to open a coffee shop' course with Vicki. An absolutely superb, highly detailed, comprehensive insight into every conceivable aspect of opening a shop from concept ideas and design to property, tax, stock, P&Ls, leases, business plans, licences, employment, health and hygiene, and menus and so much more!...and all delivered by a true expert/guru who has been there/done that and has such a wealth of coffee business experience that was Vicki! I have learnt so much in these last two days and I now embark on the next phase of my journey, fully informed, aware and armed with or now access to a knowledge bank that is Vicki and Youri that provides me such comfort that I now have the best chance ever of succeeding in my dream.
