Luke ran an excellent tailor made course for us today. We can't thank him enough as we needed a refresh of our coffee making skills, You never stop learning as a barista and Luke had the patience to adapt to suit our needs. The two-day course is very helpful for me to build on my knowledge about setting up a coffee shop. Many topics are covered including costings, registrations and many more (including coffee of course!). The classroom is well equipped. My trainer Luke is a very patient and knowledgeable person. His approach made me feel very comfortable to ask him all sorts of questions without worries. Definitely would recommend! - Chris Cheung

Hi I just wanted to say a massive Thank You to Luke. I attended a one day course last week on how to run a Coffee shop. I learned so much and enjoyed every minute of it even though there is a lot to take in. I found the timeline very useful and it will help me on my journey. Both of us attended the one-day Barista Training & Latte Art Course. We had a fantastic time - from learning about the process of roasting coffee beans, the science behind making good espresso to techniques of steaming milk and mastering latte art. There are loads of time and opportunities to practice making different types of coffee and we are really pleased that we managed to make a decent latte art by the end of the course! Luke, who is our Barista trainer, is a really knowledgable, patient, informative and approachable. This is definitely a great course (and gifts!) for those who enjoy drinking coffee and would like to take their coffee interest and passion to the next level. There is no doubt that we have gained more information and skills than what we expected. An invaluable experience and would highly recommend it!!! - Ye Ru & Say How
