We just completed the 2 day course on how to start a coffee shop. It is so informative, we never knew there was so much to learn about coffee. Luke our trainer was so friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what our needs were, and was able to tailor make the course for us. No question was too stupid. Learning how to make all the different types of coffee was so interesting. Jenny and I had a laugh at some of our latte art, but practice makes perfect. All staff are really friendly and welcoming, a great asset to Limini. All the information that Limini shares regarding setting up a coffee shop is absolutely brilliant - no point re-inventing the wheel Thank you everyone. Barbara & Jenny

Had a fantastic 2 days with Limini! Loved this course - learnt so much about coffee - roasting, packing, milk prep, making coffees, latte art..:) A really good mix of practical and theory. Luke ran an excellent tailor made course for us today. We can't thank him enough as we needed a refresh of our coffee making skills, You never stop learning as a barista and Luke had the patience to adapt to suit our needs. The two-day course is very helpful for me to build on my knowledge about setting up a coffee shop. Many topics are covered including costings, registrations and many more (including coffee of course!). The classroom is well equipped. My trainer Luke is a very patient and knowledgeable person. His approach made me feel very comfortable to ask him all sorts of questions without worries. Definitely would recommend! - Chris Cheung
