This course was one of the best that I have ever attended and it was full or great content. It changed my prospective on coffee altogether. Completed a Barista course yesterday. Luke our instructor was excellent and very knowledgeable about all things coffee even down to the level of the chemicals in the cleaning products! I benefited very much in terms of setting up and using my own machine, milk frothing and made a start a latte art, however I will need to return to learn to produce those fabulous patterns that Luke can do so effortlessly. Needless to say the coffee tasted excellent, my favourite being the Limini Blend - Andy

Just finished the 2 day course today as of how to open a coffee shop, i left with a lot of motivation to start my project due to the good advice and material to work with. I absolutely recommend this course to anyone that loves coffee and have a project in mind to open a coffee shop, they help you to see everything clearer. I'd been looking forward to my latte art course for a few weeks and finally, yesterday, the day came. I have to say how impressed I was with the whole outfit. Everyone there was very friendly and I was made very welcome. Luke did a splendid job of explaining all the processes involved and some of the science behind making a good espresso, steaming the milk and the technique of producing the arty designs on the coffee. While I've a long way to go for consistent results, I feel I have a sound base to work from. All in all a very enjoyable and fulfilling day. Thanks Luke and all involved. Hi. I thought my Barista training was extremely good both in learning and information, would have liked a little more one on one but I only booked the 3 hour tuition. I was looking forward to attending my all day booking for course of barista/latte art today. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of today from meeting the staff that were all friendly and welcoming, to the information regarding the process of coffee forming from the start to where it grows from to being processed to being put through the espresso machine all very interesting. My barista trainer for the day was Luke what a pleasant man he was understanding, patient and very knowledgeable which was greatly welcomed for a novice like me. I would highly recommend this day course as a day out to learn, a step up the barista level, to new ideas of becoming self employed, was great day all round. Many Thanks To you all - Nina Humble
