We have recently done the 1 to 1 course with Stu - a true expert in his field. The whole team are welcoming and the surroundings a pleasure to learn in. We were blown away by the quality of the Limini house blend coffee and would definitley recommend it to anyone looking for a superb bean to use for their coffee. We will use it for sure when we eventually start our own shop up. The course itself flowed along with a great mix of learning about the coffee, how to make and serve it and of course the business end of owing a shop. I was pleased that my instinct that this would be a great course to attend was proved more than right, as it was everything we hoped it would be and then some! If you love coffee, are thinking of opening a coffee shop or just fancy learning more about coffee and how to make it, then this course is for you! I had such a great two days. Stu is knowledgeable and fun, happy to answer questions and on hand to help with the practical stuff too. The whole team were friendly and helpful and we received an email full of spreadsheets and useful information on the same day as we finished the course - before I'd even got home! Highly recommended. From start to finish the service from Limini has been very personal and professional. I booked onto a course with my husband in April and we chose to have a private course so we could focus on the things that mattered to us. The day was very well planned and went by far too fast! Tailored to our needs, we had ample time to talk about the practicalities of running a coffee shop and play with the coffee! Our trainer was approachable and very knowledgeable. I love learning from someone who is passionate about what they do, and the whole Limini team resonate expertise and excitement. Our main intention was to come away with a coffee machine but we came away with so much more. We fell in love with the Limini house blend coffee, which we now serve in our restaurant. Having had the opportunity to use all their equipment we also picked up a two grinders and an array of barista tools. Feedback from our coffee-drinking customers has been excellent, so we will definitely be stocking Limini coffee henceforth. The aftercare has been fabulous as well and the team have always responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and orders. The last thing I want to note is that we now have access to their online training resources and this has proved to be very valuable when trying to pass on our skills to our staff. I just did the two day course on how to run start a coffee shop. I really enjoyed the course and would recommend it for anyone looking to take the leap and open their own business. I found the course well structured, with a good balance of learning about coffee and looking into all the business elements of setting up a coffee shop. Stu was very good, made the group relaxed but clearly showed his expertise and passion for coffee. He was also extremely patient with answering questions and showing us latte art and coffee demonstrations. The support material they provide from the course is also invaluable. My business partner and I attended the 'How to Start a Coffee Shop Course' yesterday. It was absolutley fantastic and I would say its a must for anyone starting up, whether you think you know what you're doing or not. Stu completely tailored the day to our needs and it was a good blend of practical advice on everything you can think of and more when starting up a coffe shop and the important job of learning how to make good coffee; I didn't realise coffee could taste so good! It has made us re-think all of our pre-conceived ideas about what is good coffee. Overall, a fabulous day and the offer of on-going support from Bex and the rest of the team is a superb help for us too. This has given us a great confidence boost is working towards fulfilling our dreams. - Susan

Just been on a course with Limini Coffee, fantastic, cannot say enough, Stuart gave us a great insight to the setting up and running our future cafe. The coffee is the best I have tasted in a long time, a lot of practice to perfect our heart needed, however with the training and information we were given I am sure it won't be long before we can produce as great a finished product as Stuart, here's hoping anyway. The day was relaxed, laid back and informative, I feel I have learnt a lot to take back with me and that the course has helped me better my business, giving me confidence. The trainer (Youri) was confident and patient with competent answers to all everyone's questions and I will definitely come back if any other training of any kind is required.- Rebecca

I had a very good feeling about Limini coffee when I first encountered their website looking for a Barista course. It's a very professional, user friendly and information site. This 'good feeling' was affirmed when speaking with Bex who organised our course. She was attentive, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The course was not only hugely informative and fascinating, but a lot of fun. Stuart was a great host and teacher and his passion for coffee is infectious. As total novices to the art of the barista we felt we learnt enough to start practicing ourselves until we perfect that latte art heart! Their products are also very impressive. The follow-up page on the Limini website is a great way to keep referencing what we learnt in the 1/2 day course. We will definitely recommend to anyone interested in making the perfect coffee. The 'good feeling' about Limini is now a great feeling and we will be hiring equipment and using them as our hot drinks supplier. Many thanks and see you again soon for the latte art course!
