I did Barista and Latte art course in April. The course is well-organised and taught professionally. We were in a group of 3 people trained by Stuart, who really knows a lot about coffee, equipment and also he is a latte art master! The course comprise lots of practice alongside with a theory, really busy pace and worth probably even more than it costs. On the social aspect, it was a good opportunity to talk to other people on the course and ask numerous questions to Limini professionals. I am really pleased with a course. - Ruslan

This course proves you CAN teach an old dog new tricks! Informative, fun and professional, I'd recommend this course from beginners just getting interested in coffee - right upto experienced hospitality workers and junior managers. It took us a while to get a slot on our course and we can see why. After some efficient and friendly e mails with Bex, my wife and I managed to get a date to do the barista training course and a latte art extension. Trained by Stuart, the hours just flew by, he was very patient and informative, he has a real passion for his job and this made it easy to relate to everything we were taught. Kay, my wife, has also expressed that the limini blend is now her favourite coffee, and is one we are highly interested in using as the house blend once we find a unit and can realise our dream of opening a coffee shop. It's a rare thing in life that you get so engrossed in something that you lose track of time, I had just such an experience at Limini on my day of one to one training there. Stu, my trainer for the day at limini took time to understand what I wanted to get out of my experience and structured the day perfectly to ensure that all that was delivered. He was always ready to answer questions, happy to spend time on the things I wanted to know more about, and responsive to my experience, spending more time on the things that mattered to me. I went away at the end of the day better informed as well as better skilled. Had an eye opening experience in 'How To Start A Coffee Shop' 2 day course. Stu was very knowledgable and so passionate throughout,he kept it fun and professional in all aspects of the course. The training centre was well equipt and the constant supply of freshly made coffee kept us buzzing all day! It was great meeting Youri, he was a lovely guy, amazing presence and had agreat sense of humour. We both learned a great deal and came away enthusiastic and excited about our new venture. We can't wait to return to attend other courses (Latte Art etc) as we know that it will be equally enjoyable. Limini offers fantastic training and support along with the best quality products. Had a wonderful day of 'Latte Art' training. As a home user wanting to gain experience and obtain consistent milk quality, i found the training excellent. I loved using the 'Pro' machines and equipment too. As for my 'Art', its coming along nicely but its down to me practicing the techniques shown now. Thanks very much.- Stephen

The 'How to start a coffee shop' course is brilliantly designed and was expertly delivered by Stu. As well as great customer service on the admin side from Bex. Really informative and lots of fun, I learnt loads of stuff I needed to know and a fair bit I didn't realise I needed to know, and absolutely no hard sell on their own products, although they will be top of my supplier list when I open. Feeling so inspired I'm off to write my business plan now! Thanks Guys. - Nicky
