I've just tried my first bags of Limini Coffee. I've used Union, Origin and Hasbean for years but after having a coffee in Harrogate with Limini coffee I thought I'd give it a go. This is some of the best coffee i've ever had, period! I've been using the Rainforest Blend for latte and cappucino and the choc finish on it is remarkable, enough to convince some friends not to put sugar in the coffee I make for them. Depending on run time it moves between light nuttiness to bold chocolate. Can't rate the quality and profile of this enough. Roasted fresh to order too, what more can you ask. First class work Youri! I completed the course on how to run a coffee shop and I can sincerely say that if you have not tried this course yet then you are missing out on great piece of training from Stu at Limini Coffee. From the moment I got there to the time I was about to finish, I enjoyed every part of learning and making a quality cup of cappuccino. I left there with a very positive feeling in doing something I have wanted to do for a while and the knowledge I got from stu was very very good. Will definitely go again and get advice if needed. ! My husband David and I have just completed the two day course on how to run a coffee shop and came away buzzing (not only as a result of the coffee, either!). Time flew by yet the amount covered by Stu, our trainer, was amazing -really thorough and informative. It was initially me who wanted to do this course but David thought it was brilliant too - it has inspired and motivated us to go ahead with our plan to open and run a good speciality coffee shop and has given us the belief that we can and will succeed (with Limini's continued support if we want/need it). I did Barista and Latte art course in April. The course is well-organised and taught professionally. We were in a group of 3 people trained by Stuart, who really knows a lot about coffee, equipment and also he is a latte art master! The course comprise lots of practice alongside with a theory, really busy pace and worth probably even more than it costs. On the social aspect, it was a good opportunity to talk to other people on the course and ask numerous questions to Limini professionals. I am really pleased with a course. - Ruslan

This course proves you CAN teach an old dog new tricks! Informative, fun and professional, I'd recommend this course from beginners just getting interested in coffee - right upto experienced hospitality workers and junior managers.
