I had a 1-1 theory session with Youri and what a great help its been with my cash flow forecasting, its put things into perspective! I would highly recommend anyone to do this training who is thinking of starting a coffee shop and will definitely be going back for more training and the coffee been great is just the icing on the cake! The 2 day How to Start a Coffee Shop was a fantastic insight into coffee and the logistics of running a coffee shop. Stuart couldnt be faulted for his knowledge and enthusiasm especially at my very poor effort at latte art!! A fun but informative couple of days with great coffee to boot. Fun and informative, great tuition from a friendly team. Inspired idea to have a presentation from a previous course attender and new coffee shop owner, complementing Stu's excellent instruction. Attended the "barista and latte art". Perfect instruction and enthusiastic coaching and coercing on someone who has no artistic ability. I made a heart!!! My sister and myself attended the 'barista and latte art course', we were made to feel very welcome and were inspired by Youri's passion and enthusiasm for good coffee! We certainly learnt a lot over the day and even though we weren't very good at the latte art it certainly didn't diminish our desire to make a good quality coffee. Limini has set us off on the right track an now we can't wait to put our new skills and knowledge into practice. Sally

I attended this course as I am about to open a new coffee shop. The reason I chose this course was that I not only wanted to to learn how to make great coffee but also wanted to know about the business side of the industry and get all the necessary information. This course more than fulfilled all the requirements and feel it was definitely worth the money, four hour drive to Bradford and additional hotel expense. All the staff at Limini are wonderful but the course instructor Stuart is just amazing. He has incredible knowledge, expertise and patience. He is a superb barista but also has so much knowledge about the financial and day today running of the business. He is an amazing instructor. He made the course not only very informative but also very enjoyable. They had also arranged for another coffee shop owner and a Limini client to spend the whole day with us and it was wonderful to get insight into the his experiences. It was also lovely to meet Youri, the owner of the business. His passion and knowledge of the industry is also very infectious. We originally attended the 'How to start a Coffee Shop' training a few months back at the start of our business venture. This time we were returning for more practice on coffee making, and also to get some great tailored advice for our business now we are much closer to this being a reality. The course did not disappoint, and Stu's expert help and guidance have been vital in our business start up progress. Another great day of training during which we were made to feel so welcome, and we are looking forward to continuing support for our venture from Limini! - Julie
