Brilliant course. Very enjoyable. Four hours definitely well spent. I learnt without a doubt that choosing the right coffee and using the correct techniques and machines will lead to success. I really enjoyed my Home Barista course yesterday afternoon. Stu is a very skilful teacher; patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and concerned to focus on my own specific concerns and questions, and not simply give a standard talk. He seemed to teach each person in the room at their own level (and I was the least knowledgeable by far!), and yet also draw us together as well so we could learn from each other too. I feel I learned lots, and am much more confident about making coffee now; but still aware there is much more to learn, and that I can learn it at Limini. Highly recommended. - Ian

Have just completed the 'How To Start A Coffee Shop' course today and cannot recommend it highly enough! I did the one day, one-to-one training with Stuart. AWESOME!! He is so passionate about coffee and I have learnt so much today. A totally relaxed, fun day and very well organised. Lots of time to practice making the different coffees, but also lots of useful information and lots to take away. I now feel so much more prepared to start my own coffee shop. Will definitely use Limini again in the future. Thanks again to all of the team. - Jez

I recently attended the "start a coffee shop" course. The staff at Limini were warm and welcoming, the course was well structured and the pace appropriate. There were two other people on the course and it was great to be able to share experiences as well as bounce ideas off each other. There was always time for questions, the discussions were informative and the coffee making sessions were fun. I really enjoyed the two days at Limini. This is a great course if you are thinking about starting up a coffee shop. - Lee Armstrong

We went on the How to start a coffee shop course. It was a very informative course that literally taught us everything we wanted to know.Learning how to make coffee was extremely fun. We had no idea of making coffee before the course but now we have come away with some great knowledge. I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to open a coffee shop. The team at Limini were great and the in depth knowledge they have is remarkable. Everything was covered from the business side to the practical aspect of preparing different coffee and chocolate. The Latte Art Training Course was a birthday present this year....and WOW, what a gift - fantastic! I had an amazing time and my perception of how easy it would be was blown away on the very first heart!! I take my hat off to the guys who do this on a daily basis and make it look so easy. I had a great time and the 3 hrs just flew by, and I did learn alot. Thanks Stuart for your patience and encouragement, the course was great fun. - Heather
