My brother and I attended the intermediate and advanced barista courses on consecutive days so that we could introduce take away and cafe coffee into our existing business. In short the courses were fantastic. We had an enjoyable (doodey) time and learnt a great deal. Stu knows his subject extremely well and delivered it in an extremely personal, flexible way. Whatever we needed to learn we were taught - including help with our menu. 100 points to Gryffindor! - Cameron

Great day throughout!! Made to feel very welcome and relaxed from the start. Led by a very good instructor, expert and gentleman. Stu was very patient with our 'average coffee making skills' and it is a credit to his skills that by the end of the course our confidence improved and we left feeling reasonably competent. The whole course was excellent and we would recommend it to anyone who needs to learn the art of coffee making. Brilliant 2 day course on How to start a coffee shop. Inspiring, informative and lots of fun.Excellent value for money.Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone thinking of starting their own business or other people like me who are just at the dreaming stage. Have just spent four brilliant hours this morning with Stu from Limini Coffee and three other lovely coffee enthusiasts keen to find out more about this art. I am buzzing (not just because of the caffeine intake, honestly) after having learnt a lot about growing, roasting and grinding beans, but mainly after practising loads on two different machines. The satisfaction of your first really good espresso shot complete with decent latte art creations is hard to beat, and without Stu's patience and excellent advice I'm sure it would have taken a lot longer to experience it. There was nothing we threw at him that he couldn't handle (and we were quite inquisitive) and I highly recommend taking one of his courses. Many thanks! I attended the 2-day 'How to start your own coffee shop' course and just loved it! Very comprehensive and an excellent foundation for anyone looking to enter the wonderful world of coffee! The course is thoughtfully structured, with a great mix of making & tasting coffee (lots of coffee!) plus the basics of roasting and equipment, alongside all the core business considerations. You feel you leave with a real knowledge of all the key issues that need to be considered if your cafe idea is to become a reality... Stuart is a clear, patient, impressively knowledgeable and very friendly teacher, and with just three other people on the course, the approach is personal and informal. Overall, the experience was so much more enjoyable and informative than I'd anticipated. I would highly recommend the course to anyone who loves coffee, wants to learn more and maybe needs a little inspiration and encouragement to help them move towards an exciting new business venture. It has certainly given me the boost I needed. Oh, and Limini coffee is delicious, too! Many thanks to Stu and the Limini team. Kate
