Have just completed the 'How To Start A Coffee Shop' course today and cannot recommend it highly enough! I did the one day, one-to-one training with Stuart. AWESOME!! He is so passionate about coffee and I have learnt so much today. A totally relaxed, fun day and very well organised. Lots of time to practice making the different coffees, but also lots of useful information and lots to take away. I now feel so much more prepared to start my own coffee shop. I recently attended the "start a coffee shop" course. The staff at Limini were warm and welcoming, the course was well structured and the pace appropriate. There were two other people on the course and it was great to be able to share experiences as well as bounce ideas off each other. There was always time for questions, the discussions were informative and the coffee making sessions were fun. I really enjoyed the two days at Limini. We went on the How to start a coffee shop course. It was a very informative course that literally taught us everything we wanted to know.Learning how to make coffee was extremely fun. We had no idea of making coffee before the course but now we have come away with some great knowledge. I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to open a coffee shop. The team at Limini were great and the in depth knowledge they have is remarkable. Everything was covered from the business side to the practical aspect of preparing different coffee and chocolate. The Latte Art Training Course was a birthday present this year....and WOW, what a gift - fantastic! I had an amazing time and my perception of how easy it would be was blown away on the very first heart!! I take my hat off to the guys who do this on a daily basis and make it look so easy. I had a great time and the 3 hrs just flew by, and I did learn alot. Thanks Stuart for your patience and encouragement, the course was great fun. - Heather

My brother and I attended the intermediate and advanced barista courses on consecutive days so that we could introduce take away and cafe coffee into our existing business. In short the courses were fantastic. We had an enjoyable (doodey) time and learnt a great deal. Stu knows his subject extremely well and delivered it in an extremely personal, flexible way. Whatever we needed to learn we were taught - including help with our menu. 100 points to Gryffindor! - Cameron

Great day throughout!! Made to feel very welcome and relaxed from the start. Led by a very good instructor, expert and gentleman. Stu was very patient with our 'average coffee making skills' and it is a credit to his skills that by the end of the course our confidence improved and we left feeling reasonably competent. The whole course was excellent and we would recommend it to anyone who needs to learn the art of coffee making.
