I participated in the full day course consisting of both the barista course and additional latte art training. The course was both fun and informative with all levels of expertise and knowledge catered for. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who is passionate about coffee or, like myself, looking to become familiar with the workings of an espresso machine and gain further personal skill sets. Additional praise should be given to my instructor Stuart as his patience, passion and expertise with everything coffee related shone through as well as being a down to earth and top guy. Just finished my introduction to roasting course and wanted to say how much I enjoyed it. Though it is a comparitively new course for Limini it felt very well structured and with Youri's extensive experience and comfortable teaching manor my expectations where fulllfilled and I thought the day flowed well. Although it might seem a lot for 1 day having done it i feel it was excellent value for money. Youris passion is infectious and his office team are extremely welcoming. An excellent course and an excellent trainer. Stu lead the course superbly, he is very knowledgable and a skilled 'barista'. I would recommend the 2-day course to anyone with an interest in opening a coffee shop. Stu has given us that much needed added impetuous and confidence to move forward and we are actively looking for a property so that we can put some of his brilliant ideas into operation. Thanks Stu. The course was brilliant, I feel that I learnt lots today about how coffee is made and how different factors affect the quality and taste! I now have a much better understanding of how to make a really good cup of coffee! The latte art in the afternoon was also brilliant and helped me to learn how to steam milk consistently well. It was taught really well with plenty of humour and great one-to-one help! I would definitely recommend this course! - Elly

I drove from London at the crack of dawn last Friday to attend the coffee shop course. On finally arriving, slightly late, I was greeted by the very cheery Stuart and proceeded to sample some delicious coffees. The course was wonderful. I learned how to use the machines, make coffees and even attempt some Latte Art (i'm no Leonardo da Vinci just yet). However, the most important thing was the confidence it instilled in me to go for it! It won't be easy, but as Stuart and Youri said the most successful coffee shops are successful because they are run as a business and that is the most important lesson I took away from my day at Limini. Moreover, I genuinely feel that when we set up I will have someone at the end of the phone to call on to ask any questions, someone to help me with the new venture and of course a company to supply the most delicious coffee.. Anyone who is thinking of setting up a coffee shop or just has an interest in coffee should go on one of these courses without a doubt! I've just spent a fantastic couple of days learning about the business side of setting up a coffee shop and also how to make GREAT coffee. I particularly liked how Youri persevered with us to ensure that we mastered each aspect of making the coffee so that we got a great result at the end. I also really liked the relaxed approach to teaching us the important business stuff and the great tips you can only get from someone with lots of experience. Overall the course was very informative but also super fun! Youri was so helpful and friendly and one thing's for sure, you'll want to get your coffee shop up and running ASAP as you won't want to go back to drinking 'normal' coffee again once you've tried Limini's! - Gill

A great two days course with Youri: professional, informative, complete. Gives a lot deeper understanding what it is a good cup of coffee. I believe we have touched all the sides of opening a coffee shop: products, finances, shop set up, employment, legal requirements and how enjoyable it could be if you do it right........... If you not sure yet to take a course or not I would say definitely GO FOR IT. A big thanks to you Youri and all your team, every minute was worth it. - Sven
