The course for me personally was exactly what I needed! Before my course I didnt feel confidante and thought I knew what I was doing. Now after my course I feel like I know exactly what I need to do and can’t wait to open my first coffee shop. The content was excellent, small group size sensible and impressive learning space. But I do feel the course was being delivered on auto pilot, it felt delivery held repetition for the course tutor. Little time was given to digest learning or make sense of learning and apply in your own way. As such the course was devalued to a skill to be gained over a learning experience to form, digest and develop from. Meaning the course was not taught as a learning experience by playing to individual creativity, for example translating the method and practice in to your own words. I feel the course would be value for money if delivered in a more amenable over automated style. - Daniel

Had a fantastic time at Limini Coffee! Vicki my Barista Trainer for the afternoon took me through all the various coffees Espresso Machines are capable of with the right knowledge. I was put at ease straight away after a chat regarding what I already knew. Great knowledge and expert skills, and a way of getting the very best out of me on the day. I enjoyed the course so much and learnt the art I was so after. What I also realised was that it gave me a much greater confidence with the machine the grind and the milk that made such a huge difference once I returned to work making coffee this for me was invaluable. Me and Janette both attended the 2 day coffee course with Luke. We found the experience really informative for helping us set up a coffee business (for which we were both complete beginners). The step by step guide for setting up a coffee shop was particularly insightful. Furthermore, we both really enjoyed making the coffees - we practically had to be dragged off the machines at the end of the last day - and now I love being able to make nice latte art at my work. I attended the two days course in July 2018 in preparation for my exciting and ambitious plan to set up a much needed modern coffee shop in the south of Iraq. I was looked after by Luke who was friendly and very knowledgeable. Not only he managed to answer many of my questions, he also was able to tailor and adapt the business plan to my specific needs. In addition we had lots of barista training and latte art practice. Overall the course was extremely informative and fun. I have been supplied with many useful business sheets, a step by step business plan and plenty of useful websites to guide me through the journey. I feel armed to start! Many thanks Limini - Zayneb

Luke was a very pleasant and exceptionally patient trainer, who was able to give me lots of advice on setting up a coffee shop, and lots of interesting information on the coffee itself. I learned loads during the day, and I appreciate the ongoing support that comes with the training. I am sure I will find the information I have been given invaluable.
