Booked onto a course with Limini for the barista training with latte art Can not recommend this course enough. Ive been in the coffee industry for just under 5 years and even I was completely amazed by how much we were simply missing out. The course is fun and you get to make ample coffee instead of just sat learning, its very hands on Luke, the trainer was brill and explained everything really clear Will definately be using this company again xx - Esther Mattock

Training away from the work environment means that you can focus completely on the course content. As a novice barista, the balance of coffee making and business planning was about right for me. I actually look forward now to making coffees myself which I did not expect to happen. My trainer, Luke, was very knowledgeable about the business and made some great suggestions on how to approach various aspects of the business including product range, commercial appliances, suppliers, recruitment and back office operations. I left the course not only with renewed enthusiasm for opening a cafe bar, but reassured that it is a worthwhile and enjoyable business to be in, thanks to Luke and Limini Coffee. - Heather Chapman

The course was great and very cost effective. Lots of useful information and the trainer Luke really knew his stuff! The support material will definitely help get us up and running straight away. The course for me personally was exactly what I needed! Before my course I didnt feel confidante and thought I knew what I was doing. Now after my course I feel like I know exactly what I need to do and can’t wait to open my first coffee shop. The content was excellent, small group size sensible and impressive learning space. But I do feel the course was being delivered on auto pilot, it felt delivery held repetition for the course tutor. Little time was given to digest learning or make sense of learning and apply in your own way. As such the course was devalued to a skill to be gained over a learning experience to form, digest and develop from. Meaning the course was not taught as a learning experience by playing to individual creativity, for example translating the method and practice in to your own words. I feel the course would be value for money if delivered in a more amenable over automated style. - Daniel

Had a fantastic time at Limini Coffee! Vicki my Barista Trainer for the afternoon took me through all the various coffees Espresso Machines are capable of with the right knowledge. I was put at ease straight away after a chat regarding what I already knew. Great knowledge and expert skills, and a way of getting the very best out of me on the day. A well informed, and enjoyable day at Limini learning all things coffee related. I enjoyed the course so much and learnt the art I was so after. What I also realised was that it gave me a much greater confidence with the machine the grind and the milk that made such a huge difference once I returned to work making coffee this for me was invaluable.
