Having been interested in making my own coffee at home for several years, I was delighted to have been booked on to the course as a birthday present by my partner. I would describe myself as a keen home amateur who wanted to know more and where I was going wrong. With these as my aims, I feel that the course fitted exactly what I need and then took it to the next level. My equipment to that used is worlds apart, however, there are still many things that I can now put into practice, having been given the confidence to adapt things by trial and error. This is where Vicki was very helpful: she was able to 'transpose' and give tips of how I might get better results at home. I have already suggested to my partner that she should take the course, and I hope to come along too for a refresher. - David Howarth

Very good course, learn a lot about coffee production and how to achieve the best standard of coffee. A must for any one looking to produce coffee on a commercial scale or even for coffee lovers wanting to make the best drink possible for themselves at home! We have just completed the 2 day How to Run a Coffee Shop Course and it was brilliant! It exceeded our expectations and has provided us with invaluable knowledge and tools which we dread to think how we would have progressed without! Luke was our fabulous trainer, he was so knowledgeable and easy to chat with and we managed to cover so much information in a pace that was suited to us. Jackie and I spent two days with Luke on the 'How to start a Coffee Shop' course and we were very impressed with the structure and content. We can't fault the personal touch Luke provided and, the 2-on-1 format gave us ample time to observe, learn and practice while Luke is very adept at tailoring the course to suit your requirements. There's plenty of useful hints and tips, the course material is professionally produced and available to all plus, there's an abundance of extra material for consideration, too. Limini Coffee are obviously very enthusiastic and knowledgeable on coffee but in Luke they have the perfect person to demonstrate that ethos and vision. He's an excellent host and patient tutor and, that patience with us was finally rewarded when we both managed to 'successfully' produce some latte art! Overall, a very instructive and inspiring couple of days and I feel like a barista who can run a coffee shop. - David and Jackie Sutton

Attended a full day training course with Luke in preparation for opening a small shop with take away coffee. We learned loads in the day and covered so much in a few hours with plenty of hands-on practice time . Luke listened to what we needed to learn and tailored the course to exactly what we needed and made loads of suggestions which was very helpful. What can we say? Everything about this experience surpassed our greatest hopes and expectations. Firstly, the help and support given before we even booked the course itself was above and beyond. Vicki was phenomenal in helping us not only overcome some major hurdles we had in our plans but also gave us the most honest and sincere guidance you could ever imagine in whether or not the course itself would be right for us. As a result we knew we'd found the right people and place to help us evolve our ideas. And wow, were we right! From start to finish our day was expertly managed, our MANY questions answered and the fun we had throughout was just the absolute icing on the cake. We had the pleasure of Vicki being our trainer on the day and there seems to be nothing this amazing lady doesn't know about coffee and the coffee business. She calmed our nerves and built our confidence all the while making us fully aware of every little detail, from making the best possible cup of coffee all the way to how to most our efficiently build and grow our business. Honestly, there really are not the words to explain just how fantastic we felt after our day with Limini Coffee. Even after an exhausting day of learning and thinking we couldn't stop talking about it for the entire 2.5 hour drive home!
