My wife and I completed the start a coffee shop course with Luke and can't recommend it highly enough. A huge amount of information was provided but in a well structured and balanced way such that it wasn't overwhelming. All of the materials provided will be invaluable in the coming months as we set up the business and beyond. I attended the How to start a coffee shop which was modified for me to focus on my needs of starting a mobile coffee business. My trainer for the day was Luke who's passion for coffee is evident from first meeting him. His skill as a barista then shows as he makes your first coffee of the day...it was amazing, only matched by a coffee I made for me Youri several years ago. Luke is an excellent trainer with a vast knowledge in everything coffee. He delivers training in a relaxed, clear manner and is able to make things that look complicated, understandable. The course was well structured, with clear aims in mind. We are give access to resources and tools that enable us to calculate start-up costs, running costs, staff costs, tax, profit.....you name it, we are given tools to calculate it. My brain was given a little time to rest whilst the practical part of the day took place...making different coffee drinks. I've been making coffee for years but now have the knowledge and hopefully skill to improve a LOT! after Luke's guidance. The day was so full of content it seemed pass in a flash. I can now create a clear plan to move forwards with my coffee business with the confidence that should I have any questions, there is a wealth of knowledge at the end of a phone in Limini. I completed the Barista and Latte Art course today in what can only be described as an amazing training centre, packed with high quality equipment which promoted an exceptional learning environment. The training delivered by Luke was nothing short of exceptional, his enthusiastic and extremely knowledgable manner put me at ease and allowed me to absorb the considerable amount of information delivered throughout the day. The knowledge I have gained during this course has really put me in a strong position to progress my plans to open my own mobile coffee business in the near future. I sent two employees on two courses; a Basic Barista course and Latte Art course. We run our own coffee offer so the guys I sent are experienced baristas, however, we hadn't had any formal training for a few years and as we are currently refreshing our coffee offer it seemed like an appropriate time to refresh our skills. My guys came back buzzing from the course with plenty of ideas to implement into our business and renewed enthusiasm for all things coffee related! They had excellent feedback for the course, location, venue and the Limimi trainers. I liaised with the team at Limini to book and pay for the courses and they were very quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Having spent the last 5 years working with a mainstream coffee provider and selling some very poor quality coffee, the Barista Training course was a real shot in the arm - no pun intended. Luke was exceptional with his knowledge and his course delivery was outstanding. He very quickly highlighted a lot of the missing pieces not only within my knowledge and understanding, but our business as a whole. The lessons learnt were invaluable and will in the coming weeks transform the way we sell coffee. The training centre is loaded with state of the art equipment that is easy to use, and really ensures that learning and making coffee is done in a fun way. Very informative and helpful course. Can feel slightly over whelmed with information at times because there's so much that's covered on the course but the lovely lunch that was provided and all the coffee we made kept it all going really smooth (Kudos to Luke!!!!) - Lal Kanwae

sorry this is so late....would just like to say the course I attended was absolutley amazing, very fortunate to have one to one with a very enthusiastic young lady who was informative, helpful very good fun,with a real desire to make the afternoon enjoyable unfortunately I will be going down a different pathway in my retail role, however I loved the whole experience and feel I gained knowledge about the coffee industry and the wonderful machines, but also it gave me confidence to believe in trying new skills, many Thanks Linda Johnston - linda johnston

Although I have been making coffee for ten years the introductory course showed me how much I didn't know and how much I have to learn. The enthusiasm of my trainer, Luke, was infectious and his knowledge about coffee and coffee making was outstanding. The mix between theory, instruction and practice was spot on. I now have the confidence to be more adventurous with my coffee making. The training room facilities and equipment were also excellent.
