I booked two 1-on-1 courses that took place over the course of 3 days with Luke. Everything surpassed my expectations on pretty much every level, from the level of knowledge and valuable help that Luke gave me to the large, clean and modern facility in Cleckheaton. As someone who is starting a coffee shop having never worked in the industry before the courses have been invaluable in helping me plan and feel ready to enter the industry. Overall I cannot thank everyone at Limini enough for welcoming me and making me feel incredibly comfortable and excited to learn. All of this as well as the resources and future help they offer after the courses make Limini the best choice for anyone wanting to learn barista skills or for anyone curious about opening their own store they are incredible. Myself and my husband attended the Barista training course this morning - a late joint Christmas present! You don't have to want to run coffee shop to do this course - we both just wanted some help to make proper coffees at home. We had a great morning learning new skills together. Luke was very patient with us and a great teacher. We are looking forward to buying a new coffee machine now and practicing what we learnt - we will be buying our fresh coffee beans from Limini. Great course with Luke at Limini coffee this morning. Friendly team and a great environment. The coffee was fantastic and Luke was patient and helpful throughout. I learned a lot about: where coffee comes from; the blending and roasting process and, most important of all - how to make a fab cup of coffee! I would really recommend a Limini coffee course - either as a couple or a group. We are now going to go out and buy a coffee machine for the house with far more confidence. Amazing 2 days with Limini attending the "How to Start a Coffee Shop" course! Luke was a brilliant trainer, with a great knowledge of the business and operating side, who was so patient at diving into all the small but essential details in setting up and running a business that I simply didn't have a clue about coming from a desk-bound office job. I definitely feel better armed as I set about saving the money and planning for the day I can switch off Excel and dial-in my own espresso machine and grinder. Thanks Limini! - Dom

We recently spent the afternoon with Vicki on a barista training course. Our goal was to be able to make a reliably good coffee with our new coffee machine. Vicki was great- she explained everything clearly and made it fun too. She adapted the course to our coffee machine making it so useful. The 3 hours went so fast but we learnt tonnes, we even managed some latte art! Thanks so much, we'll be recommending you guys. - Lizzie Wilson

We booked in for the 2-day 'How to Start a Coffee Shop' course last month, and it's probably the best investment we have made! We were so eager to learn as much as possible and under the brilliant guidance of Luke we became much more confident in our abilities and our ideas. I loved the business/accounts/business side of the course and Kirstie loved everything coffee, so we were both fully catered for. Lunch and unlimited coffee/hot chocolate included which was a little added bonus! In short, the course was worth its weight in gold...It would have been worth it just for the documents and spreadsheets we now have access to, but add to that the excellent advice and education from the Limini gang and we had an absolutely brilliant course.
