We booked in for the 2-day 'How to Start a Coffee Shop' course last month, and it's probably the best investment we have made! We were so eager to learn as much as possible and under the brilliant guidance of Luke we became much more confident in our abilities and our ideas. I loved the business/accounts/business side of the course and Kirstie loved everything coffee, so we were both fully catered for. Lunch and unlimited coffee/hot chocolate included which was a little added bonus! In short, the course was worth its weight in gold...It would have been worth it just for the documents and spreadsheets we now have access to, but add to that the excellent advice and education from the Limini gang and we had an absolutely brilliant course. My wife bought me this experience as a birthday present. I would happily recommend it to anyone. Right from the off staff were very friendly and welcoming. Did a one day training course on barista skills taught by Vicki. It was really great, left with a lot of new knowledge and skills.
