Coming on the Barista training course was a great way to spend a Friday morning the time just flew. Howards knowledge was exceptional he made it lots of fun and and I learned a lot. I would recommend this course to anyone who likes good coffee and wants to learn how to make it great. I've already put my new knowledge into practice! - Andy, Lincolnshire

Dear Limini coffee, dear Youri, its was a great pleasure to have participated in your ''how to set up a coffee business'' seminar. I have learned a lot about the different coffee beans, the importance of fresh roasting and the way forward to start up a business. Before I was more concerned about finding venues first things first, now I know that its helpful to set up the business in advance with an account and then go on step by step in the right order. Just completed the 2 day 'How to set up and run a coffee shop' course with Youri. Both my wife and I were really blown away by what we learnt over the 2 days. We didn't realise how little we actually knew about making good coffee unti the course. Youri is totally passionate about his teaching and his coffee and it really comes across at the course. We felt so welcomed and learnt so much in a fun and informative way. I can still remember everything I've learnt, maybe due to the caffeine from all the fantastic coffee I drank, but mostly due to Youri! Thank you Youri! Had a very enjoyable and educational evening's training with Tim down in Petersfield. Tim certainly knows his stuff but also is very capable of getting it across in a fun and accessible way. Learnt lots about machines and setup and then as much practice and tasting as we wanted (and could cope with!) - that's set the bar pretty high now for my home coffee making attempts and I can't wait to put in all into practice - but first I need a decent grinder and some top-end coffee - hmm wonder where I can get that from?! I got my place on the course as a birthday present and have already recommended it as a great gift option to a few friends. - Colin

It was fantastic to finally meet Youri and Howard in person; they certainly lived up to their reputation! They ran a great course with good insights into coffee basics (grind, tamp, dose) as well as latte art and improving overall service standards. Jamie and I learnt a lot of good applicable techniques (including stopping some old habits!) that we took back to Urban and started to put in place straight away.
