I attended the two day opening a coffee shop course and loved every minute of it. Youri was a great teacher - very relaxed, good fun and super knowledgeable about coffee, equipment, customer service and the mechanics of running a successful shop. Not only is an outstanding barista who enjoys passing on his experience, but he is also someone you can trust to do the right thing in business. We started with an idea for opening a local coffee shop in Warwick, but opted to travel to Limini Coffee in Doncaster based on reviews rather than going to a local business. After a day with Howard it has only reinforced our desire to open a coffee shop and we now both have a deep desire to share our gained knowledge. The course was perfect with intimate instruction from Howard who has a real passion for his subject which has had a real and lasting impact on us. His wealth of experience was invaluable and his passion for coffee and only the best coffee is contagious! The training is very engaging too and very hands-on, not just theories. My husband and I decided to give Limini a try after reading several good reviews by other prospective coffee shop entrepreneurs, and we must simply add our own pleasant experience to the ever-growing list of pleased customers. Scheduling was a breeze, and we felt attended to from the very first correspondence. And when we arrived for the class, we were thrilled to find there was not a notebook in sight - everything was taught in a hands-on environment with loads of encouragement, support, and tips/help from a trainer very experienced in the industry. But that's just from the student's side of things - it's not even considering the coffee itself. Limini Coffee made converts of my staunchly anti-coffee husband and myself. By the time we left on the last day of class, we were not only more confident with the idea of opening a shop, we were also addicted to Limini's blends. Yum! Great class, great staff, great coffee! I thought making coffee was simple, soon realised that there is much more to learn if you want to serve and drink great coffee, we really enjoyed the course with Howard, learnt so much and are itching to start practising, and make a decent coffee, would definately recomend the course, it was very informative, fun, and a must if you want to serve the best. - Alan and Heather

I had a great year working with coffee out in Australia. Despite working in a very busy cafe, I never thoroughly understood the art and science of producing the perfect coffee, until I undertook a course with Howard. I now know that every coffee I make in the future will be wonderful and I can't get enough of practising my new latte art skills!
