I'm glad I came to this course. Two-thumbs up! Youri's the best! He made the 2-day training weekend packed full of learning and fun! His wealth of experience was invaluable and his passion for coffee and only the best coffee is contagious! The training is very engaging too and very hands-on, not just theories. My husband and I decided to give Limini a try after reading several good reviews by other prospective coffee shop entrepreneurs, and we must simply add our own pleasant experience to the ever-growing list of pleased customers. Scheduling was a breeze, and we felt attended to from the very first correspondence. And when we arrived for the class, we were thrilled to find there was not a notebook in sight - everything was taught in a hands-on environment with loads of encouragement, support, and tips/help from a trainer very experienced in the industry. But that's just from the student's side of things - it's not even considering the coffee itself. Limini Coffee made converts of my staunchly anti-coffee husband and myself. By the time we left on the last day of class, we were not only more confident with the idea of opening a shop, we were also addicted to Limini's blends. Yum! Great class, great staff, great coffee! I thought making coffee was simple, soon realised that there is much more to learn if you want to serve and drink great coffee, we really enjoyed the course with Howard, learnt so much and are itching to start practising, and make a decent coffee, would definately recomend the course, it was very informative, fun, and a must if you want to serve the best. - Alan and Heather

I had a great year working with coffee out in Australia. Despite working in a very busy cafe, I never thoroughly understood the art and science of producing the perfect coffee, until I undertook a course with Howard. The training we received from Youri has totally changed our approach to making and serving coffee in the cafe. The session was fun and informative, teaching us excellent new techniques whilst injecting such enthusiasm into every member of the team. My staff and I have just completed the barista training course. Being completly new to using an espresso machine, Youri was extremly helpful and I feel as though a lot was learned in a short space of time.... still need to work on those jokes though! The difference in the coffee he provided compared to what I was using was amazing! The freshness of his coffee was easily noticed, even to the untrained eye! I have always thought of myself as an educated coffee drinker, this was only because I spent a lot of time in chain stores and knew they difference between a latte and capputino. It wasn’t until I went on the 'How to start a coffee shop' course, that I realised I had no clue about coffee, it was an enjoyable eye opener. The passion from Howard, our teacher was amazing and inspiring. We learnt so much about things I would never have thought I needed to know in an easygoing and relaxed atmosphere.
