I had a wonderful time with you. It is refreshing to be instructed by someone with a real passion for the subject. I would heartily recommend the course to anyone who has a taste for coffee and who wants to be able to make the coffee that they look for but can't find. This was an incredible course, it was a gift from my wife for our anniversary was totally surprised when we were heading to Doncaster. I arrived to this real friendly enviroment was greeted by Youri and Howard, I was truly blessed to have a one on one with Youri for the 2 day Barista course, damn that man is a fountain of knowledge with so much passion..was awesome teaching. It was great to see the heart of what they are about, it shows in everything they do I really recommend Limini Coffee!! Thee best tasting Coffee, Youri and Howard your guys ROCK!! As a surprise birthday present my wife booked me on one of Youri's half day courses back in October which I thoroughly enjoyed. Youri was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and genuinely helped me to maximise on the learning opportunity. I came away knowing a lot more about coffee and how to appreciate the elements which go into making a good cup of coffee. Since attending the course I have purchased an espresso coffee machine and a coffee grinder from Youri and his customer service and support throughout has been excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending either Youri's course or in supplying coffee making equipment. - Roy

I attended the barista course back in July with the idea of setting up a mobile van. Youri is very knowledgeable and his enthusiasm is contagious; I left the morning eager to tell people what I had learned and put my new skills into practice. We attended a morning course hoping to learn how to make coffee properly. And boy, did we! Youri is an enthusiastic and immensely knowledgeable teacher (aka coffee genius) who managed to make us both feel at ease, even though we'd never laid hands on an espresso handle before! The only problems now are that we 1) can't go anywhere near a Starbucks again as we cringe at people making coffee incorrectly and 2) were so spoilt with the great machines that we're pining for a professional one..... We would definitely recommend the course to anyone who wants to enhance their knowledge of coffee and coffee making - and also to anyone wanting to spend a morning drinking it! - Lisa and Dave, Devon
