Now I know why so many Cafes can't make Lattes and why whole milk makes holistic Lattes!They need the Limini effect and the skills imparted by Youri on a day which taught me so much about all aspects of coffee from the tree to the cup.Thanks for a most enjoyable day and I may now be let loose at Lizzy's Cafe in Upton to perfect my Latte art! - Peter

I am applying to emigrate and hope to set up a coffee shop if I'm successful. Unfortunately, other than knowing that I love good coffee, I hadn't the first idea how to start setting up a great coffee shop! Fortunately, Youri was on hand to share his experience and passion about the best coffee and how to serve it to your customers. I've just completed the 2 day How to set up a Coffee Shop course and had a a great time learning how to produce great coffee every time and how to set up the kind of coffee shop that customers will want to come back to. I feel so much more confident about my adventure now, and am inspired to make the coffee shop experience a great one. Wish I could start tomorrow! I had a great day with Youri and the team learning all about coffee and how best to brew it. I learnt so much and was worried that I would forget a lot of it but I think all the practice has helped keep it in my mind and when I have forgotten I have found the support page to be an excellent resource for information. I left after a long day full of new found knowledge and even more enthusiasm, I can't wait to take over my coffee shop now :-) - Phillip

A day I will never forget - The course itself is much cheaper than many other courses, though do not be fooled by the price, rest assured you are going to recieve double the value you paid for. Limini Coffee training with Tim and another friend of mine, was an amazing day, we learnt so much about where coffee comes from, how it gets from bean to cup and how to make the most of a good coffee. The knowledge that Tim possessed was astounding, and I never ceased to be amazed at how much effort can go into one cup of coffee - and how much difference this effort makes in delivering an extremely high quality cup of coffee. The latte art was very challengeing but Tim was helpful and supportive, trying to encourage a non-artistic person like myself to make something spectacular. The great thing about this course is that it is structured fantastically, from bean to cup, you learn how to do everything right, and the milk frothing was amazing to, turning a cold and thin milk into a warm and velvety foam, was difficult at first but by the end I had a grasp on it. I did this course with my best mate and we both had a blast! we did it with the intentions of learning a new skill that we could use to open a coffee shack at school for the rugby matches on the weekend. This course is great for teenagers, as a job at a coffee shop is brilliant during uni or during the summer holidays. A great thanks to Tim and the Team for a fantastic day and a lifetimes knowledge!

Our introduction to Limini has proven to be an excellent and most rewarding experience. From the initial conversation about espresso machines and coffee blends to meet our needs, the actual delivery of our equipment and coffee products including on-site training took just over 2 weeks! Meeting our tight deadline was just one of the many challenges we posed the Limini team and on reflection we can only offer positive comments. Youri and Samantha have been faultless in their approach and extreme care was taken to ensure we were happy at all times during the procurement phases and training phases, which at times could have become a daunting journey as we did not have a real understanding of what the barista experience was all about. Distance not a problem said Youri and sure enough within days he was in the Western Isles of Scotland delivering on-site 'barista training' to the team. This proved to one of the most fun and rewarding features of our new relationship and the team are still buzzing about the event.....coffee has improved around here no end! Going forward as we look to open in a few days time we do so knowing we are in safe hands in terms of busines support but we have also made new friends. Barista training was fantastic. I have just not learned how to make a coffee from the Espresso machine but also gained some valuable information about how to run a coffee shop. If anyone thinking about openening a caffe I would recommend to anyone to attend to this course before you start your business. Your training was totally invaluable. I just cannot overstate the importance and value in his excellent training sessions. Not only did Youri teach us to make a great coffee (still working on the tulip, but we were making excellent buttocks - sorry, hearts - by the end), but he also gave us some brilliant hints about our layout and work flows. I feel pretty confident in saying he's probably increased our profit potential at least 30% in a single day. Simply put, don't even think about opening a coffee shop until you've been on this course - ideally a couple of months before you open. - Andreas

I attended the course with Tim last Saturday. It was fabulous!! I learned more than I expected - from the origins of coffee beans to coffee making and Latte Art! So nice that Tim called me days earlier to know my expectation so I learned what I would like to learn. I was so lucky that turned out I could have a 1-1 Latte Art training. A brilliant afternoon of Barista training that cannot be faulted! As a total newbie, the trainer was able to accommodate the lowest level of knowledge and build upon this to assist the trainee to produce a solid foundation to provide the fundamentals to producing the perfect coffee. Nothing is too much trouble for the trainer to provide both the direction and guidance on any knowledge gaps that you may have and he is able to provide all of the key ingredients for a fun and informative session; no question is too stupid for him to answer sensibly and it is all reinforced with continual practice until you are able to get it right. Without doubt, the course is essential for both commercial and home users alike to provide a stunning base to produce a product that you can be proud to serve as a business or at home. Wow! My expectations were not only surpassed, they were well & truly blown out of the water during Youri's fantastic one day course... I had no idea there was so much I didn't know about making a cup of coffee... let alone, the coffee bean (sorry, seed...) to cup process and the economics of the coffee shop industry... I was genuinely impressed, enthralled, enthused and amazed by a fantastic day of hands-on learning, in Youri's professional hands. I heartily recommend this course to anyone who's ever dreamed of running a coffee shop... or, anyone who just loves coffee and wants to make the perfect cup...
