I would like to thank Youri for a great barista coffee training course it was fun and enjoyable the day just flew by,it was also the best coffee I have ever tasted Youri has a great teaching style and made it fun, I would recommend to do this course to anyone i have been using a barista for over a year Youri teached me so much more about coffee and how to improve the standard of the drinks we produce. it has been a great help to me in many ways and I learnt so much on how to make a great coffee and how to teach my students to do so. I did the two day training course and found Youri's passion for coffee infectious. It did not feel at all like I was in a workshop, more that I was just out to have fun while learning something, and I learnt loads! How to make a perfect cup of coffee (more practice for me) and, just as important, what does NOT make a perfect cup of coffee. Now I tut every time I'm in a mainstream coffee shop and see the barista making an elementary error or having fallen into bad habits. Thank you Youri and Samantha for such a lovely experience. Ive just got home from Limini HQ - Youri & Samanthas course and wanted to say that after years of procrastinating (Youri likes that word .. but doesnt practice it!) about my dream of opening a cafe I feel really confident to make the move and now not such a leap of faith - the course is a one stop shop to all you need to practically know to get started. The great thing is that Youri is an excellent trainer/facilitator /mentor as well as hugely knowledgable about the business of coffee and cafes - he works at your pace tailors the course to what you need ... no such thing as a stupid question but having said that he also works you hard to achieve a high standard ... does not let you off the hook ...so you walk away with all you need and the offer of ongoing support which is invaluable ... Youri (& Samantha), Now things have settled down a little and we have been open for just over two weeks! I would love to say thank you so, so much for all your support and advice. I have been in the military for 22 years and not many things phase me, but opening your own coffee shop with only the experience of the barista training from Limini Coffee was quite a challenge to say the least. The training has really set us apart from other local coffee shops and the quality of the products you supply has been recognised in the last two weeks we have been open and has brought us repeat custom already, some of whom have been in 7 or 8 times in the last 14 days. Your advice on the positioning of equipment and the architecture of the shop has been invaluable and Nicola (Friend) has commented so many times that without your valued advice it could have been more of a failure, than a success as it is. Just arrived back from the 2 day training course , this ranks as the best training course I have ever been on (and believe me ,I have been on many). Youri designs this training around how to make great coffee and help on designing the set up and all the other information required to run a successful business, this is done in a very relaxed atmosphere with small groups designed with fun on mind, the fun helps you to relax and take more in and the smaller groups allow more hands on time to practice what we are being taught, the biggest bit of advise I would give to anyone attending is to go with an open mind, for example, I never liked coffee before this course and once introduced to a great cup made by Youri and then myself and other delegates ,i was drinking coffee all day and also I had a vision of how my new venture would look like and once Youri talked us through a recommended layout, I ripped my plan up and put in the bin as he explained the reasons for every part of the layout and it all made sound financial sense. The reviews on the web sites is one of the reasons that attracted me to this training and I felt that after such a great experience I had to add my comments, Youri and Samantha make a great team and I wish them all the success they deserve in the future and look forward to hopefully dealing with them in the future once my new venture is underway . WOW! What a great fun course. Youri is so passionate about coffee its infectious. The course covers everything from the history of coffee to making the perfect coffee, and running a successful profitable business. I found the business section of the course very useful it covered everything you need to know to run a successful coffee business, I loved making the perfect coffee! (well nearly) P.S Syphon coffee must be tried!!!!! ASK YOURI! I can't believe how quickly the 2 days went, I can't wait to serve perfect coffee! Thanks for everything Good luck Sean

I really really enjoyed the course, Youri was fantastic and made it so much fun, the morning just flew by. I learnt so much and was really pleased to be able to make a decent cup of coffee. Youri and Sam have been so supportive and quite honestly we would never have been able to start our business so quickly without them.
