It was a fun and inspiring 2 days that fueled my love for great coffee! We covered everything from roasting beans to planning the design of our coffee shop. It was also a brilliant way to make contact with other people who are doing the same thing as you and have the same fears and questions! The Barista Training and Latte Art course was fantastic. Stu is a great trainer, explaining things very clearly and making the day really fun. He was very knowledgeable about coffee and answered questions expertly and professionally. The training centre is well equipped with a wide range of different machines, set ups and accessories. Still being at the very early stages of expanding a present business venture, I found it extremely beneficial to begin with this course. Not only did I learn how to make a decent cup of coffee, but have returned to work with a contagious enthusiasm which has stirred up a passion towards coffee making within the team. Also, by covering the key elements, I am now able to ensure our equipment is used to its full potential ensuring a quality product is served every time. Just had an excellent day with Stu on the Barista and Latte Art courses with the simple objective of coming away from it with enough knowledge and skill to make an excellent cup of coffee. I learnt this and a whole lot more! Stu was very patient with an excellent, relaxed tutorial manner and managed to keep me engrossed from start to finish (not easy with my span of attention!) and thanks for the info on selecting suitable machnies for my set up. A big thanks to the warm and welcoming gang at Limini and I thoroughly recommend anybody to attend one of Limini's courses if they want to see and learn how the experts do it. Thanks, Mark

If you want to open a Coffee Shop, this is the most vauluable 2 days you will every spend. The teaching, facilities and expertise are first class (and so is the coffee!) This course will give you information you are most unlikely to uncover elsewhere and will provide a strong foundation for any business venture. And - it's great fun too! I would recommend this course to everyone who is thinking or are already working in a coffee shop. Stu who taught us, surely knew his stuff and made the course enjoyable and worthwhile. I had lots of practice to get it right and as much coffee as you could drink (maybe too much). Only joking. I e-mailed 5 different Barista training centres and Limini are the only one who got back to me straight away. Bex who booked my course was efficient and very helpful. This course exceeded all my expectations. A great set-up in a relaxed setting with a small group. And more great coffee than you can physically drink. Perfect. Stu, our barista trainer, was able to tailor the course to each of our individual needs. I feel so much more knowledgeable about every aspect of coffee making now, and understand the basic underpinning principles - just need to practise and practise, which I'm more than happy to do! As Youri and Stu noticed, I arrived really nervous. I didn't really know what to expect. Within minutes, I felt at ease and was more determined to enjoy the experience. Such lovely people! As well as that, they were so patient with somebody that had absolutely no experience in neither business nor coffee making! I did make the heart in the end though and even faced my phobia of numbers!! I'll be honest, I hadn't a clue about what was involved in setting up a coffee shop, but now, I realise, it's not going to be a walk in the park! However, with the knowledge that I can email Youri and get advice throughout my journey, has given me more confidence - although, I know there is a long way to go! Absolutely brilliant place, lovely people and I feel more up for the challenge for sure! Thank you to Youri and Stu for (a) making me feel at ease and (b) teaching me with so much patience! After 25 years of buying and cupping coffee for one of the UK's leading roasters, I decided my barista knowledge was far too limited. Attending a course with Limini has changed all that. Within four hours I was confidently pulling great shots, creating amazing micro-foamed milk and almost presentable hearts on my lattes! The informal atmosphere coupled with excellent instructions from the tutor (in this case it was Stu) made for a perfect training session in which I learnt a lot more than expected. Thanks a million.
