Can I just say a massive thanks for an awesome experience! Coming from someone who is not in the coffee industry I can vouch for how much fun the latte art course is for those interested in coffee. I learned so much in a relatively small amount of time and would love to do more. I enjoyed Youri's teaching and boy was the coffee good! - Gareth

Training a bunch of lecturers must be one of the most difficult groups to deal with but Youri you made it look easy! Your passion for good coffee and enthusiasm for sharing that with others made for a thoroughly enjoyable and informative day. We had an excellent experience and are all fired up now to practice our skills and then share them with our students. We will get good coffee produced on every high street! We attended the 2 day 'How to start a coffee shop' course in April 2012. The whole team are friendly and professional, from Bex and Sam in the office to Stu and Youri who trained us. Both guys are excellent trainers and obviously passionate about what they teach. The course covers exactly what it states in the prospectus and the coffee was some of the best we have ever tasted. We would recommend this course to anybody who wants to open a coffee shop - unless they want to open one near us - in which case we'd rather they made bad coffee with somebody else's beans.Sharon and Graham

I enjoyed the course immensely, the first day covered all aspects of coffee from making different types to learning about the different varieties. The second day discussed the business side of things, which was very informative. We had to benefit of two trainers Youri and later Stu.. Both shared their detailed knowledge of all areas of the coffee industry. The course covered all my expectations and more. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is contemplating embarking into the world of the coffee shop business... André

Following your knowledgeable and patient instructions, I have my grinder set up perfectly, and at last I understand every step to create a perfect, fine tasting cup of coffee . . . . time after time! I loved your set up, and you really couldn't have been more welcoming or professional. It is obvious you and your team are passionate about coffee and I feel privileged to have shared that passion for the four hours I was there with you. I recently attended two day course which was absolutely beneficial for those beginners or even who have no knowledge about it. Technical, practical and management aspect - all are extremely worthwhile to attend this course. For me, this is an eye opener, amazing to learn with friendly atmosphere and hands on. I think this is a best course who is thinking of opening a coffee shop that gives core skills and ideas. Without a doubt I have learnt so much and have a confident for my next step of my opening a coffee shop. I extremely recommend this course to grow your confident and profitability in the business. I'd like to thank the team for making this course most enjoyable and informative. Not only from a practical point of view through hands on Barista training, but also to help me think about the implications and requirements to run a business, from coffee shop layout to knowledge of accounting and customer service/sales and marketing techniques. Well done to Stu for his excellent teaching skills and patience throughout, also to Youri for his dedication and contribution during the training.
