Thank you Limini!! I took the 2 day course a month ago and I haven't looked back since. Between the practical Barista training with Stu and the Business knowledge with Youri the course offered everything I was looking for. I have been talking about opening a coffee shop for about 12 years now and this course has finally given me the inspiration and practical knowledge to do it. My plans are in full flow and there is a new confidence behind them that is fully down to the Limini team. I would recommened this course to anyone however far down the track you are in opening your shop. No matter how far you need to travel, make this your 'must do' course for business!! Sian

I'd like to thank Stu, Youri and Becks for a brilliant two-day course at Limini. The course was worth every penny and more. It represents an excellent and very well thought out mix of technical, practical and strategic advice and guidance. The amount of valuable information packed into 2 days is remarkable and the course is delivered with great enthusiasm, flair, knowledge, professionalism and charm, making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We were fortunate to spend 2 days being gently but firmly propelled along a fascinating journey of discovery by Stu, who is an absolute natural when it comes to creating a constructive, supportive and yet challenging environment in which to learn. We were also fortunate to have time with Youri also - both shared their wisdom and passion about the coffee business very generously. We travelled from Scotland for the course and we are now among the Limini graduates who know why people flock from every corner of the kingdom to this extraordinary business. We learned a great deal and came away with a hunger to learn more. I hope we engage with the Limini team again - I'd recommend them highly and without hesitation. The question to ask is why would anyone even think about opening a coffee shop without learning from the masters at Limini Coffee first! I've just completed the two day course and had the brilliant Stu as my trainer and we even managed to squeeze in some time with Youri too. The course is incredibly comprehensive and offers the perfect blend of theory, practice and also modelling of scenarios to really make you feel confident that you can start up your own business. Stu is so patient and encouraging with absolute beginners like me and really helps you build your confidence when learning the practical side of things. He also has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience to draw on to answer our vast list of questions. The practical part of the course is fascinating even if you are just a coffee lover and not planning a new business but for any aspiring coffeeshop owners the 2 day programme is essential training and preparation. This Barista course was absolutly ideal! Stuart was an excellent trainer, and very patient and encouraging. We had been trying for ages to produce a good cup of coffee at home- tried different coffee, machines, milk etc. but couldn 't get it right and didn't know why. Now we do!! I attended the how to set up a coffee shop course with Limini, i feel this was the best investment i could have possibly made. Youri and his team are experts in this industry with a wealth of experience, they clearly love what they do, and gave me the best training and sound honest advice. His coffee is amazing ,if you are considering opening a coffee shop or want to learn all about coffee, this course is essential.- Francis

We had a great afternoon with room to accomodate us in really nice surroundings and plenty of space for the staff to have lots of hands on time. We learnt a lot and are now trying to apply it in our own setting. Your coffee gets LOTS of compliments already and now with latte art on the horizon we anticipate plenty more, altho we did balk at a request to write 'happy mother's day mum' on a latte for one of our customers. Enjoyed the course, thought it was good value for money. Had a good crack with both of you, and enjoyed trying to beat you down on price of products. Now realise how rubbish my gaggia classic machine is, and the standard of the coffee i have been using. A real eye opener. Intend on buying a machine off you, as i now realise i can not have a " proper" coffee unless i have better quality kit. Thank you, John

Why go on a training course with Limini Coffee ? Quite simply because of the passion. Its probably the first thing that struck us when Youri started to talk. He's loves what he does, he loves coffee and he transmits it. Secondly Youri knows what he's talking about but he doesn't show off, doesn't make you feel like you should already know, that's why you're training isn't it ? We did two courses , the content , the pace and the information is all very well prepared and structured. Not too fast not too slow, but again Youri shows skill in adapting his course to his audience which is great for moving forward. We had a wonderful time, tired at the end but very very happy. One thing that really stands out is the whole thing is geared to the CUSTOMER and not just 'industry standards'. As Youri says if you're customer wants extra hot milk then ok it's not what you would like to do, you can explain to your customer but if they really want extra hot milk then they are the customer, and that is great thinking ! Again thanks for the two days, it was educational but more importantly great fun !!! - Adam and Sylvain
