Following several months of our own research into setting up a coffee shop I decided to search for some expert assistance to help verify our business plan. How furtunate to find Limini. I booked a 1 - 1 course and spent the day with Youri going through everything from costs, staffing, shop layout, coffee roasting, barista and latte art training. etc. We crammed a lot into the day and it was worth every penny. Youri was very passionate about his business and his enthusiasm for coffee really rubs off. I will definately be keeping in touch and working with Limini in the future. Mandy

I was treated to the barista and latte art course at Limini as a birthday present and what a treat it was! Firstly I was impressed at Stu & co's determination to run the course after the snow storm the previous night but Stu was there bright and early and we were met by the delicious smell of coffee drifting out of the fantastic training facilities. The barista course is really interesting and informative, we learnt such a lot of useful info about coffee, from the roasting process to how to calibrate a coffee grinder. I was really pleased with the results of my attempts at making a really good coffee and my coffees at home on my little domestic machine have improved no end since attending the course. This is a great set up and all the staff are really enthusiastic and knowledgeable as well as welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for a really enjoyable (and tiring!) day-I think I must have made at least 50 cups of coffee throughout the day so it was a very practical course as well as providing background knowledge. I can't recommend Limini highly enough and will find the online course material really useful. I'm sure I'll be on the Limini website to order some of your excellent coffee. Thanks again. Julie

Awesome course, thoroughly enjoyed learning about coffee. From roasting, steaming milk to making some of my favourite drinks. Stu was a great teacher and broke everything down so it was nice and easy to take in [which is good after a couple of great coffees]. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who enjoys coffee, but be warned you'll turn into a coffee snob! Thanks again for a great day. Chris

I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee shop course. The provider - Limini Coffee - have excellent equipment that made the training and practical aspects fun. Our trainer Stuart, was excellent! He was friendly, knowledgeable and allowed us to choose the content that was relevant to us. Stu made us feel comfortable, put us at ease and was encouraging and complimentary throughout the day. The practical coffee making was challenging and fun, whilst the theory was educational and exactly what we required. The added bonus was the additional support offered after the course. After months of research on starting a coffee shop I realised how complex it is and how much work goes into starting a coffee shop from scratch. The fact that these guys clearly are experts in their field due to their knowledge and hands on experience in helping other businesses, left me feeling reassured. The course hasn't guaranteed my shop would be a success, but it means my chances of success are better than most. I booked the bespoke barista course in order to gain barista skills and learn latte art, enjoyable and educational experiences. Stu and Youri are very knowledgeable and very passionate about coffee everything you need to know about coffee and coffee making is covered in detail so you leave with everything you would need to know to make coffee. On top of all this you get to sample drinks through-out the day. When I arrived home I was on to the support page on the web site. Thanks again for a great day Stephen
