Had a fantastic day on our 2 to 1 opening a coffee shop with Youri . It was a gift from my husband and could not have been a better one . It has covered all the things we wanted to know and I couldn't wait to start making coffee !! Not as easy as I thought but what fun trying to perfect the heart motto. Youri was was so patient and encouraging even when I tilted the cup too much and tipped coffee on his hand ....twice . The day was informal and Youri made us feel very relaxed from the minute we walked in . The coffee was wonderful and although we drank quite a bit it was consistently good . I may however have to employ my husband to do the coffee art as he seemed to have more of a talent than me ! A great day and an absolute must if you are thinking of opening a coffee shop or simply enjoy good coffee . Thanks again Youri . Wendy

What a fab day!!!!! had so much fun and loved how relaxed it was, at the same time learning so much. Don't think i've had so much coffee in one day. Thank you all soooooo much, especially Stu who managed not to laugh at my attempts at 'art'. Will be in touch soon xxx

We had a brilliant day on our 2 - 1 course with Stu and Youri. The course covered both running your own coffee shop and making the perfect coffee.we had great fun making the drinks. The Limini coffee blend is a must. We have not tasted a better coffee, and we have tried loads. The decaf is great too. An excellent course! We thoroughly enjoyed learning about coffee and how to make good quality drinks. The course was very informative, executed in a professional & approachable manner. Stu gave plenty of guidance, good working examples, appropriate challenge to our ideas and suggested solutions to our perceived problems. We would recommend this course to anyone who is passionate about coffee and it's essential for people who are setting up a business in this field in order to get it right from the beginning. My wife bought for me for a gift the Barista & Latte Art class due to my addiction,love and enjoyment of coffee. The day far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for anyone both in or outside of the coffee industry. No question was too tough and I've taken away with me bags of new knowledge and some new skills. Now I just need to start saving for a new home machine. Stu

I really enjoyed the course; it was very relaxed & informal, fun but also very informative. I loved the mix of practical & knowledge. Stu was very supportive. I had a 2 day course on all aspects of starting and running a coffee shop, from accounting to latte art . Stu was very informal and relaxed but moved the course forward well,no question was too small even down to how to make yourself more `comfortable`- sorry -in joke ! I almost forgot ...... the coffee tastes great (even the ones i made) I will be ordering the limini blend and keeping in touch soon , Once again many thanks one and all `comfortable` Gary.

Following several months of our own research into setting up a coffee shop I decided to search for some expert assistance to help verify our business plan. How furtunate to find Limini. I booked a 1 - 1 course and spent the day with Youri going through everything from costs, staffing, shop layout, coffee roasting, barista and latte art training. etc. We crammed a lot into the day and it was worth every penny. Youri was very passionate about his business and his enthusiasm for coffee really rubs off. I will definately be keeping in touch and working with Limini in the future. Mandy

I was treated to the barista and latte art course at Limini as a birthday present and what a treat it was! Firstly I was impressed at Stu & co's determination to run the course after the snow storm the previous night but Stu was there bright and early and we were met by the delicious smell of coffee drifting out of the fantastic training facilities. The barista course is really interesting and informative, we learnt such a lot of useful info about coffee, from the roasting process to how to calibrate a coffee grinder. I was really pleased with the results of my attempts at making a really good coffee and my coffees at home on my little domestic machine have improved no end since attending the course. This is a great set up and all the staff are really enthusiastic and knowledgeable as well as welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for a really enjoyable (and tiring!) day-I think I must have made at least 50 cups of coffee throughout the day so it was a very practical course as well as providing background knowledge. I can't recommend Limini highly enough and will find the online course material really useful. I'm sure I'll be on the Limini website to order some of your excellent coffee. Thanks again. Julie
