I booked the bespoke barista course in order to qualify as a barista and learn latte art and it was one of the most enjoyable and educational experiences I have ever had! Stu and Bex are so welcoming and friendly you feel immediately at home and everything you need to know about coffee and coffee making is covered in detail so you leave with everything you would need to know to make amazing coffee. On top of all this you get to sample drinks through the day which is fantastic. Thanks again for a great day! Elliott

My business partner and I attended the two-on-one theory only course, with Youri. Firstly, what a guy. Youri's spirit and passion for the industry is truly infectious. He gave us a lot of extremely valuable advice and guidance, along with the confidence to move our project forward. This type of training was completley new to us and so we went not knowing what to expect. The two days were very informative, interesting and relaxed. Stuart has a clear and genuine interest and passion for coffee and his style was such that we learnt loads, we were able to ask all the questions we had and went away feeling with the knowledge gained we will be able to offer a quality cup of coffee and service when we open our business. I chose to do the one on one training day as it offered me the privacy to talk freely about plans that are very much in the development stage. Youri's knowledge and advice was very useful and helped me to see even more potential in the proposed business than I had previously appreciated. The coffee training was not only incredibly informative it was immensely fun. I cannot wait to be able to put the training to practice, the course definitely gave me the confidence to pursue what I was worried may only be a pipe dream. I shall definitely be returning to Limini for advice, training and supplies in the future all being well!
