The course was very intersting and ran in a very relaxed and professional way. It helped Daniele (my business partner) and I to understand what takes to make a good coffee. Everybody can make coffee, but only few can make a great one and Youri and Stu are really passionate about it. Everything learned will really help when opening our cafe. Thanks Giuseppe and Daniele.

Well worth the barista training. Stuart is a top trainer, puts you totally at ease and lets you make all your mistakes in a safe, fun place while learning loads. The Ristretto is a revelation... the best coffee I've ever had. I didn't notice the coffee stains around my mouth till I got home, I drank loads! I really got so much out of the two days, something I was concerned about when booking, especially because it was fairly far to come. I needn't have worried. It is an extremely well planned, comprehensive and enjoyable course, which I would definitely recommend to others. It is clear that Stu is extremely passionate about what he does and has put so much thought into the course design. I loved the mix of practical coffee making with the more businessy side of things. As I don't have a retail/business background I learnt so much... so valuable to me; this was the perfect first step on the ladder to where I want to go. Even for the other person on the course, who was just months away from starting a coffee shop, there was so much to learn also. If you are passionate about coffee or want to learn about coffee and coffee making, this is the course for you! James

I found the course extreamly helpfull and learnt alot regarding perfect coffee making skills and an understanding of how to run a sucessfull coffee shop. What a super day ! Stuart gave me a one on one full day of Barista and Latte Art instruction. He made the day both practical and informative with his extensive knowledge of all things Arabica ( and Robusta ! ) He is a very personable young man and a credit to Limini Coffee. As with the other reviews here, I thoroughly enjoyed the Fairy Liquid frothing session as a precursor to the main event. THe bean roasting was awesome....... I can still smell the aroma wafting out of the door ! Many thanks to Stuart for his input and direction. p.s. Hope the new Corsa is all you hoped for ! David
