Has a day long 2 - 1 course from scratch for our small business with Vicky. We had fun from the moment we walked in the door and learned so much throughout the day. What a brilliant training course! (I attended the Barista Training Course). Our trainer was Ruth whose passion for coffee and her job shone through, she was great and made me feel very welcome from the outset. Ruth explained everything simply, but in detail, and also in a fun way which made it very enjoyable. We got 'stuck in' to making delicious coffee very quickly which is the best way to learn. I would definitely recommend attending this course if you are going to either work in a coffee shop or set one up. It was very informative and I can't wait to put it all into practice! I loved the course. Vicki was very knowledgeable and personable. I learnt loads and thoroughly enjoyed myself. As it was an individual course, rather than a group, the pace of the course was adapted to my needs, which differs from other courses I have seen advertised. I would recommend this course because of the individual attention and focus I received. I got to try a variety of machines and grinders, which will be beneficial when it comes to me being ready to purchase them. Thanks again for a great day. Caroline

Completed the latte art class last week, fantastic course ran by the lovely Ruth. So informative and the coffee tasted great too! No limits on the amount of milk and coffee used to practice new skills. Very friendly and professional organization, will be back to complete more courses. The course was followed up by an email allowing me to access training notes and hints and tips which I will find very helpful back home. Anyone thinking of getting into the world of coffee should give this firm a go! Great!! - John

Wasn't quite sure what to expect but Vicki was the perfect host and trainer. Spent plenty of time covering the theory as well as making sure we were more than comfortable with the practical aspects of making great coffee. Nothing was too much trouble. I'd like to say a massive thank you to Limini Coffee, my 'How to start a coffee shop' course was not only extremely informative and detailed, but extremely fun as well. I arrived at Limini with very limited knowledge regarding starting a coffee business and very basic ideas regarding what I would like my business to be like. I left feeling very confident that in the future, I will be able to set up my own shop. The course has provided me with the necessary steps to take to make my business a success and it has also provided me with many creative ideas to include in the business. Before attending the course, I had no idea where to start, but now I can focus my ideas and start planning right away! Following this, I then took part in the barista training. I already had basic knowledge regarding making coffees, through working in a coffee shop. However, the barista course really opened my eyes to see how great quality coffee is made and I even learned how to make new, artistic and great tasting drinks. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my time during the course and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking about starting a coffee business. Definitely worth every penny! I attended a 2 day course with the guys and had the pleasure of being trained by Vicki on day 1 and Ruth for Day 2. It was both a huge learning curve and also a wonderful experience with very relaxed and easy going crew who know a thing or two about how to roast, brew and serve coffee. I not only fully recommend it, i will be reattending myself for a refresher in due course and requesting the crew to assist me with provisions, back up and assistance in opening my cycling cafes in the near future.
