I had a brilliant one on one mornings training with Ruth. I can't recommend her highly enough both for her knowledge and for how comfortable she makes you feel. Every element is present for the learning and retention of information as Ruth guilds you through the discovery of how to create good coffees and the process of problem solving as you look at each element that could affect the end result. - Pauline

I attended the Coffee Shop Course and it has been really, really helpful. It felt so good speaking to someone about your plan without it being judged as a silly dream. it really gives you a road map that is so much more easy to follow than planning your first business on your own. Ruth has been super helpful and Yuri gave me very valuable tips. The coffee we made was absolutely fantastic and it really made me wont to open a cafe soon so I can have that every day!!!! The how to start your own coffee shop course was amazing. So much fun. Vicki was brilliant, very enthusiastic and knowledgable, very in depth. A perfect trainer. Went into a lot of detail. The course was very informative. Learnt a lot about coffee and its origins. The course is very worth while for anyone learning to make coffee. Its good background knowledge to have as well. Fantastic Experience! I attended the three hour barista course with Ruth, at Limini. Not only I learnt so much in those three hours but I left feeling so confident with my new skills that I am planning to open my own coffee shop soon! Ruth is an excellent trainer. Has a day long 2 - 1 course from scratch for our small business with Vicky. We had fun from the moment we walked in the door and learned so much throughout the day. What a brilliant training course! (I attended the Barista Training Course). Our trainer was Ruth whose passion for coffee and her job shone through, she was great and made me feel very welcome from the outset. Ruth explained everything simply, but in detail, and also in a fun way which made it very enjoyable. We got 'stuck in' to making delicious coffee very quickly which is the best way to learn. I would definitely recommend attending this course if you are going to either work in a coffee shop or set one up. It was very informative and I can't wait to put it all into practice! I loved the course. Vicki was very knowledgeable and personable. I learnt loads and thoroughly enjoyed myself. As it was an individual course, rather than a group, the pace of the course was adapted to my needs, which differs from other courses I have seen advertised. I would recommend this course because of the individual attention and focus I received. I got to try a variety of machines and grinders, which will be beneficial when it comes to me being ready to purchase them. Thanks again for a great day. Caroline

Completed the latte art class last week, fantastic course ran by the lovely Ruth. So informative and the coffee tasted great too! No limits on the amount of milk and coffee used to practice new skills. Very friendly and professional organization, will be back to complete more courses. The course was followed up by an email allowing me to access training notes and hints and tips which I will find very helpful back home. Anyone thinking of getting into the world of coffee should give this firm a go! Great!! - John
