I loved every minute of the course, Vickie was amazing and fun, and I thank her for teaching me how to make beautiful, coffee and a teddy in the Latte art section of the course. although I was dreading the business side of the course( the Numbers and Vat, Vicky made it understanable and put my mind at ease about the busines side of things. I had a great time on the latte art course with Vicki. It was very informative and she made it really fun. I learnt lots of different latte art techniques for a range of coffees and I learnt how to make a few new drinks. I felt the course was really personalized to what I needed to improve on and I appreciated Vicki covering some of the coffee basics that I needed to brush up on! Brilliant! Im so glad I chose Limini to do my first bit of training. Having spent many years in the trade I now realise just how much I was getting wrong, certainly in terms of coffee making. I now feel enabled to make the highest quality coffee, consistently. There was such a wealth of information provided regarding the setting up of a cafe it'll take me quite a while to make my way throught it all. Ruth was friendly, relaxed and knowledgable.
