A wonderful day of latte art training with Ruth. Chris and I had very basic latte art skills when we arrived. By the end of the day we had honed our stretching and texturising technique and were consistently pouring beautiful hearts and rosettas. Ruth was an excellent teacher and great fun to hang around and the facilities were very impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the course to anyone looking to improve their drink preparation and latte art skills. - Tom

A really great day spent with Vicki who was knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. The course exceeded all my expectations and we've walked away thinking something that is a dream, might just be possible. I'd never touched a professional coffee machine before and really enjoyed mixing the business learning with hands on barista experience. Was amazed by the detail and support we've left with. I was extremely impressed with this course. Ruth was lovely and so enthusiastic about her job and coffee. I had never used a coffee machine before.I enrolled in this course as I hope to open a coffee shop/tea room one day. I now feel confident with the machinery and am possibly converted from a tea drinker to coffee. The drinks we made were gorgeous . An absolutely lovely , interesting , inspiring day. I will definitely be back for the coffee shop theory day and may even get a group of friends together for the Barista training x - Sarah

I thoroughly enjoyed the course - currently have no intention of becoming a barista, just enjoy my coffee, and this was a great way to learn more including some great tips for the prefect cup! The learning experience was both informative and pleasantly informal with lots of hands on practice and help! Also broke my record for most coffees consumed in a morning! Ruth is a great teacher though the dolphin coffee art would have left Picasso scratching his head! - Sam

We really enjoyed our time spent with the Limini Coffee team. The course far exceeded our expectations, Ruth and Youri were very generous in sharing their extensive knowledge with us. The whole team were warm and friendly making this course a very pleasant experience. With the ongoing support from Limini we feel we now have the necessary know how and friends in the business to continue on the path to opening our own coffee shop. I've wanted to be my own boss for a number of years now after working hard for other people, I thought why not do it for myself? The thought of opening and running my own coffee shop has always been in the back of my mind as more of a dream job. After a few Google searches I'd found Limini, and decided to book the 2 day course for my wife and I to really find out what the ins and outs of running a coffee shop would be. Approaching the training days with an open mind and no presumptions on what was actually required to own and run a coffee shop. I'm glad I did, the course is designed to provide a great overview into everything one must consider, there were also highlighted areas where more time needed to be spent, e.g. looking into the numbers, the costs and profit margins etc, great working examples of business plans, floor planning and even the making of great coffee. Vicki, our trainer was very friendly and provided great, detailed insight into everything we wanted to know and things we hadn't considered. She did start our training by saying You will be a coffee snob by the end of this training, and she wasn't wrong. It's been nearly two weeks since the course and I'm still craving a well made coffee. The coffee that we made was outstanding and completely eye opening. The techniques used, the science behind it and the overall taste was fabulous. We had a very hands on approach in creating the coffee and latte art which made a huge difference to just concentrating on the theory side of things. My wife and I are were very pleased we attended the course and are currently working towards bringing our dream into reality thanks to Vicki and Limini. - Shibu & Louise

What a fantastic course! Expertly and enthusiastically delivered by Vicki. Plenty of business know-how, passion for the subject, a commitment to on-going support, and backed up with chance to get to grips with the barista craft.
