1-2-1 Barista training course with Vicki was fantastic! Vicki knows her stuff and as inspired me to continue to follow pursuing a new career in coffee! Interactive, learnt lots without feeling overwhelmed. Vicki has an energetic, positive and relaxed style - would recommend to anyone and can't wait to return. Day just flew by. I had a one-on-one day with Vicki and had a great time. The course was well-designed, covered everything you could possibly know about coffee and was almost entirely hands on. I learnt a vast amount of information that I now use day-to-day in my job. The course was delivered in a relaxed and friendly way so I never felt overwhelmed with technical information but rather was learning by doing. I also received great advice catered to my business and its needs. Overall, I couldn't recommend this course enough. Limini really know their coffee! If you were to go anywhere for anything from a comprehensive training course to a bit of friendly coffee advice, Limini is the place to go to. - Ruth

What a great experience! We had 2:1 training with Vicki on How to Start a Coffee Shop. Although, on our part, we were a little apprehensive as to what to expect and what would be expected of us - Vicki had us making coffee like a 'pro' and discussing the various coffee beans in no time, never knew there was so much choice! Vicki's ideas and enthusiasm are so refreshing, her level of knowledge is incredible. Vicki, you gave us the confidence to put into practice all that you taught us. We have already been in contact with local suppliers for our bread (we know where we're getting our coffee from!) and we have even carried out a little 'market research' of some of the local coffee shops where we would like to open, not bad considering we only completed the course with you last Friday! I was gifted a barista training course for christmas and was lucky enough to get a one on one with Ruth. As a novice I was really impressed with Ruth's knowledge and teaching skills. Really enjoyed the morning and the great coffee we used. I would highly recommend booking on a course. I am hoping to upgrade to a new espresso machine to try out my new skills at home. - Daniel

What a great course! A great combination of practical hands on fun coffee making and learning about the history of coffee, alongside the more theoretical but extremely useful financial aspects. This course contains all the detail needed to open that first coffee shop, with tons of resources available afterwards. The course is fantastic value for money! I had an absolutely fantastic time on the course today, I was lucky in the fact that the other two people booked on the course didn't turn up, so it became a day of 1-1 training which suited me perfectly. I learned so much from Ruth, she is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about coffee, so much so, that you will most definitely become very passionate about coffee (and bore your friends with the science behind it all) I am so pleased I booked onto the course, and would highly recommend people to do so, even if you don't necessarily want to use the skills now, and its just something you're interested in! Do it, you won't regret it. My brain was fried by the end of the day with all the information I was learning, but Ruth was very good at pacing things, and changing activities when she could see I was struggling to concentrate. She also didn't get annoyed when I accidentally poured hot milk all over her hand (oops!) The latte art course was very enjoyable, and its fun to learn! I would highly recommend Limini Coffee! What a wonderful way to spend a morning! Ruth was extremely knowledgeable and friendly; the course very interactive. I couldn't quite believe how much I learned in 3 hours and was quite disappointed to have to leave - could have stayed all day! I was initially quite concerned that I might not be able to make a decent cup of coffee, but Ruth guided us through the process in easy steps and I felt much more confident at the end of the course. The Barista course was three hours of fun, facts, practical experience and tasting professional brews plus your own creations. Our instructor Ruth was superb and made the course an absolute must for coffee lovers.
