A must for anyone thinking of opening a coffee shop!! - Stephen Tyldsley

I had an absolutely fantastic time on the course today, I was lucky in the fact that the other two people booked on the course didn't turn up, so it became a day of 1-1 training which suited me perfectly. I learned so much from Ruth, she is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about coffee, so much so, that you will most definitely become very passionate about coffee (and bore your friends with the science behind it all) I am so pleased I booked onto the course, and would highly recommend people to do so, even if you don't necessarily want to use the skills now, and its just something you're interested in! Do it, you won't regret it. My brain was fried by the end of the day with all the information I was learning, but Ruth was very good at pacing things, and changing activities when she could see I was struggling to concentrate. She also didn't get annoyed when I accidentally poured hot milk all over her hand (oops!) The latte art course was very enjoyable, and its fun to learn! I would highly recommend Limini Coffee! What a wonderful way to spend a morning! Ruth was extremely knowledgeable and friendly; the course very interactive. I couldn't quite believe how much I learned in 3 hours and was quite disappointed to have to leave - could have stayed all day! I was initially quite concerned that I might not be able to make a decent cup of coffee, but Ruth guided us through the process in easy steps and I felt much more confident at the end of the course. The Barista course was three hours of fun, facts, practical experience and tasting professional brews plus your own creations. Our instructor Ruth was superb and made the course an absolute must for coffee lovers. I would highly recommend anyone who loves coffee to let Limini show you the best ways to make top quality coffee at home and open your mind to the various ways this can be done to a professional standard. Wow, well what can i say ... A day i will never forget.. i was nervous about this course but as soon as i walked in i was welcomed with open arms by Ruth who was my trainer for the day, what a lovely and funny lady, she made me feel at ease straight away. I havent got a scooby doo (clue ) about running a business whatsoever but with the help from Ruth i felt like i did when i left, she was extremely informative, helpful and then i did my 'coffee machine training' wow what a giggle, if you think steaming milk is easy well forget it you need an 'A level' lol its harder than you think, but wow what an experience. Please, If your thinking of how to start' running your own coffee shop' well believe me this is the place to come, every penny was worth it, you will walk out at the end of the day feeling like you have opened your business as that's how Ruth made me feel, going through everything from business plans to how coffee came about....I met a guy who was on the course and he has got his own coffee shop already but after chatting to him he has invited me to go and have a look to get ideas of how to run one, so meeting someone doing the same thing, bouncing off ideas is also a bonus.. also met vicky the other lovely trainer who was fab and the lovely mike and bex who work behind the scenes so everyone is just so friendly so for customer service it has to be the best i have come across it really is.. well done guys :) Keep up the fantastic work. - Andrea

Myself and a colleague are in the process of starting up a coffee shop and we found this course online. It was the best 2 days I have ever spent! While I have set up and run businesses before, there was very little I knew about the operations of a coffee shop, so I booked onto this course along with a colleague to help us understand what we need to do to set up our coffee shop. Youri was fantastic and incredibly knowledgable and understanding. He took the time to understand our situation and offered some fantastic advice to help us set up a strong foundation for a successful coffee shop. He broke up the days with some Barista training and made sure everything was fun and we understood all of the areas we covered thoroughly. The quality of the training and the materials given afterwards is second to none. Thank you so much to Youri and his team for an incredible experience and advice! - Charlotte

Myself and two other members of staff attended the Limini Barista Coffee Training yesterday. The Limini team were very welcoming and friendly. We all enjoyed the course and felt a lot more confident with our coffee knowledge and machines at the end of it. I feel that this course is a must for anyone who is just starting out or who has not had Barista training before. We hope to join the Limini team again soon for training in Coffee Art.
