Wow, well what can i say ... A day i will never forget.. i was nervous about this course but as soon as i walked in i was welcomed with open arms by Ruth who was my trainer for the day, what a lovely and funny lady, she made me feel at ease straight away. I havent got a scooby doo (clue ) about running a business whatsoever but with the help from Ruth i felt like i did when i left, she was extremely informative, helpful and then i did my 'coffee machine training' wow what a giggle, if you think steaming milk is easy well forget it you need an 'A level' lol its harder than you think, but wow what an experience. Please, If your thinking of how to start' running your own coffee shop' well believe me this is the place to come, every penny was worth it, you will walk out at the end of the day feeling like you have opened your business as that's how Ruth made me feel, going through everything from business plans to how coffee came about....I met a guy who was on the course and he has got his own coffee shop already but after chatting to him he has invited me to go and have a look to get ideas of how to run one, so meeting someone doing the same thing, bouncing off ideas is also a bonus.. also met vicky the other lovely trainer who was fab and the lovely mike and bex who work behind the scenes so everyone is just so friendly so for customer service it has to be the best i have come across it really is.. well done guys :) Keep up the fantastic work. - Andrea

Myself and a colleague are in the process of starting up a coffee shop and we found this course online. It was the best 2 days I have ever spent! While I have set up and run businesses before, there was very little I knew about the operations of a coffee shop, so I booked onto this course along with a colleague to help us understand what we need to do to set up our coffee shop. Youri was fantastic and incredibly knowledgable and understanding. He took the time to understand our situation and offered some fantastic advice to help us set up a strong foundation for a successful coffee shop. He broke up the days with some Barista training and made sure everything was fun and we understood all of the areas we covered thoroughly. The quality of the training and the materials given afterwards is second to none. Thank you so much to Youri and his team for an incredible experience and advice! - Charlotte

Myself and two other members of staff attended the Limini Barista Coffee Training yesterday. The Limini team were very welcoming and friendly. We all enjoyed the course and felt a lot more confident with our coffee knowledge and machines at the end of it. I feel that this course is a must for anyone who is just starting out or who has not had Barista training before. We hope to join the Limini team again soon for training in Coffee Art. We did our barista training yesterday with the lovely Ruth... It was a scream! So much fun and mega informative to boot, Ruth really knows her stuff! My wife got me a latte art course gift voucher for my birthday and I booked onto it this past week. I was surprised when I learned that the course lasted 3 hours: how could it possibly take that long to learn how to do latte art and wouldn't it be too long and drawn out? Quite simply no! Vicki was a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient trainer who explained the theory and demonstrated the practicalities with such clarity that even I was creating some pretty impressive latte art by the time I left. A very entertaining way to spend an afternoon. Worth every penny! - Matt

We did the 1 day How to Start a Coffee Shop Course with the brilliant Ruth. We learned so much in one day and now feel confident to get started. Ruth knows her stuff and we got lots of great tips and had a very enjoyable day at Limini Coffee. We learned to make a number of delicious coffees, including our new favourite, the Affogato.
