My wife got me a latte art course gift voucher for my birthday and I booked onto it this past week. I was surprised when I learned that the course lasted 3 hours: how could it possibly take that long to learn how to do latte art and wouldn't it be too long and drawn out? Quite simply no! Vicki was a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient trainer who explained the theory and demonstrated the practicalities with such clarity that even I was creating some pretty impressive latte art by the time I left. A very entertaining way to spend an afternoon. Worth every penny! - Matt

We did the 1 day How to Start a Coffee Shop Course with the brilliant Ruth. We learned so much in one day and now feel confident to get started. Ruth knows her stuff and we got lots of great tips and had a very enjoyable day at Limini Coffee. We learned to make a number of delicious coffees, including our new favourite, the Affogato. I am en expert coffee drinker, but a novice barista, and this course was pitched perfectly for me from start to finish. All the way through Ruth checked with us what we knew and then provided the answers to suit our personal knowledge. The guidance given was clear and concise and, due to their being such a hands on content to the course, we immediately had the opportunity to try what we had been shown and quickly cement the skills demonstrated. I didn't know what expect! Been trying to do latte art for ages and i'm delighted. Vicky had our little group of 4 mixing the milk, creating hearts, ferns and even a teddy bear by the end of the 3 hour session. Brilliant and such a positive fun trainer. - Jamie

I have thoroughly enjoyed my training at Limini. Ruth is just delightful, so friendly, her endless enthusiasm for all things coffee is almost tangible but most importantly, Ruth is the most patient person. I don't think I've ever drunk so much good coffee in one day... even tried what I think was probably the best hot chocolate I've ever tasted! Ruth has given us everything we need to get going with our coffee shop. I looked at various courses and I'm extremely pleased that we chose Limini and their Barista & Latte Art 2-1. It is the perfect course whether like us who knew nothing about how to make an espresso or for a coffee lover who wants to pull the perfect shot at home. I would highly recommend them. We had such fun on the two day course, and learned HUGE amounts, both about coffee in all its guises, and about setting up a coffee centred business. Vicki was incredible both in her immense knowledge of her subject, and her boundless energy and enthusiasm - no doubt fired up on lots of lovely Limini Coffee!! Both Vicki and Ruth were lovely to spend time with, and we really hope they come and see us in due course, when we get it all up and running. Thank you all SO MUCH!!!! Outstanding!!
