Had a wonderful day at Limini today - we chose the two on one full day Barista course, with latte art. Being complete coffee novices, I was mentally preparing myself to be overwhelmed, but Vicki explained everything in clear and simple terms, checking we understood each step. She even managed to keep my 15 year old daughter interested, who I'd dragged along ( a future barista in the making now).

The coffee itself was the best I've ever tasted, after drinking what I thought was good coffee ( and hating it ) over the years, I can now call myself a coffee lover - of Limini coffee at least! Thanks so much, Jen & Emily - Jen Eachus

I completed my 1 2 1 'How to start a coffee shop course' at Limini few days ago.

I simply could not recommend this company more for their fantastic well-put together training courses, as well as their great coffee quality and blends, and off course their wonderful people who I believe make the course a great experince!

Vicki was absolutely lovely, friendly and very knowledgable in her field. I loved her teaching style and didn't even know how my two days passed so quickly. The training was very informative and in depth. She made the experience of learning really joyful. I had very limited knowledge about coffee and running a coffee shop before I participated in the course, however Vicki patiently answered all my questions with so much enthusiasm, and all the tips that I got are utterly prcieless.

I spent two days practising making a variety of coffee drinks and learning art late, plus the business side of things such as how to put together a business plan in detail and playing with financial figures.

I learned so much in only two days and truly feel that this course has boosted my confidence, both in terms of the practical side of running a coffee site , and in terms of the knowledge of what goes into making a good cup of coffee; such as different types of coffee beans, different roasts etc, but also the business side of starting a coffee shop for example: equipments, locations and the general business side of things.
