I had so much fun on the two day 'How to start a coffeeshop 'training, course. The warm welcome, training, and content were outstanding and more than exceeded my expectations, The venue was spotless and fully equipped with everything required to make an awesome coffee. Vicki is a real professional , teaching business training on financial planning , location and turn over, forecasting was brilliantly explained , all my questions were answered clearly. The coffee bean roasting process was fascinating to see and gave me great insight in to just how much goes in to producing the perfect expresso . I finished the course confident in knowing what it takes to start a coffee shop and being able to make an awesome coffee with Latte art ! I am very much looking forward to the journey ahead . Sorry it took a few days to reply. I had a great time on the course! The information given was way above what I was expecting and really helpful. It will take me a while to get my head around all the figures but I feel like I know where to start now and where I am aiming to get to in the future. Everyone was really welcoming. I would definitely recommend doing the 2 days, it was the perfect blend of theory and practical. Training was delivered by Vicki who was super friendly and educationally there's a lot to learn so her conversational approach made it a great experience. I travelled quite far for this but am glad I made the decision to as I came away with so much more than I had anticipated, overall, it surpassed expectations. Oh and of course their coffee is heavenly! Thank you so much. Amy x

First visit today to Limini. Visited today as its local and was looking for a suitable route to take my home barista journey to the next level by leaving the world of aged beans for the want to discover the new world of freshly roasted for my Rok press. Received a warm welcome, friendly service and great advice and walked away with a bag of the Kata beans roasted less than a week ago. Well just brewed my first 2 double espresso's and what a great tasting blend I have found. I have a few tweaks to make with the grind but a great start. Excellent day course with Vicky learning Barista and Latte Art - seems that everything I was doing previously was wrong! The course was a birthday present, and my friend and I had great fun while learning many new skills. Vicky is a great teacher and was very clear in her instructions which made a potentially overwhelming amount of information easy to digest and to absorb. We made wonderful coffee with some interesting latte art patterns, and now understand some of the science behind what makes the difference between 'an ok coffee' and 'a great coffee' - I am sure that I will now notice the mistakes made by commercial baristas (particularly Starbucks) as well as making beautiful coffee at home. - Mike Horne

We had an amazingly fun time on a 3 hour coffee and latte art course with Vicki. She was incredibly skilled and great fun to work with as well as very patient with us. It was the best fun Ive had in a long time while learning something new and the coffee was so delicious I drank about 8 cups while we were there. A fabulous 3 hours spent in the company of Vicki on the latte art course. Excellent content, delivered in a very energetic, friendly and engaging way.
