Great way to spend a day. I did the Barita training in the morning and Latte art after lunch .. found both very informative and interesting. Thought a day may be a bit long, the time flew by far too quicky! Home coffee notably better already. Many thanks Graham

Many many thanks to Stuart (and of course Bex) for a truly fantastic day! I had wanted to learn to be a Barista after admiring their skills in both the UK and abroad over many years and Limini has enabled me to realise this ambition. Stuart is a great instructor: Clear, hugely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I am still running the menu on the wall through my mind and making all the drinks in my head Limini coffee is the best I have ever tasted. I would recommend Limini and this course to anyone. Really enjoyed my time at Limini attending the Barista course which was a birthday gift from my family. Stuart was our excellent tutor and he answered all our questions /queries on the day. He has a real passion for good coffee with first hand experience of "the good,the bad and the ugly!" (coffee!) Stuarts skills are world class and he immediately proved to me with his first latte that good coffee doesn't need sugar!!! All I need to do now is demote my Gaggia to the caravan and save up for a better machine for the kitchen! What a brilliant day! I would recommend this course to anyone who enjoys coffee and would like to learn more about it. From the minute you arrive it is obvious that everyone at Limini has a great passion for coffee. Thank you, Stu for answering all my questions and a very informative days instruction. I now feel confident to make all the drinks we covered and to trouble shoot when things go wrong. The coffees we sampled during the day really showed what can be done with great coffee and the correct techniques. Paul.

We informed the shops regular customers that we dropped illy and are now serving Limini Blend...and the feedback has been excellent...one of our regulars is an Italian chap who by all accounts knows his coffee, and he said it was very very good, very smooth. Also several customers have commented on the cappuccino's that have had saying how nice they are...I think this is down to the excellent crema fom the coffee beans!!! - Wayne and Nicola

Thanks Limini for a really rewarding, informative experience. After reading numerous rave reviews I was keen to do the barista and latte art courses and Limini went out of their way to squeeze me in. Thank goodness they did! Although I've been serving coffees for the last seven years, they had a lot of new tricks to teach this old dog. Now I'm buying my own place where I can serve coffee I'm proud of. The new found knowledge and skills I gained will give me an edge on the competition. The minute you arrive, you are greeted by a very warm welcome and made to feel at ease. Stu and the rest of the team could not have been nicer. Setting up a coffee shop is a complete career change for me. I am passionate about good food and great coffee, however the idea of my new venture has at times been a scary one. But the day spent at Limini was amazing good fun, the coffee was superb and lots of it! The financial was informative and helpful. I would recommend this course to anyone who is thinking of setting up a coffee shop, not just because of the fun you WILL have playing with the coffee machine, but also the business side of the course, if you have no experience of gross profits, cost of sales or net profit then Stu is your man.
