I'd just like to thank everyone at Limini for a really enjoyable couple of days. If you are starting a coffee shop or want to become a barista I urge you to sign up for this course. Youri's love and passion for the subject was infectious and his good humoured patience with the more, erm... numerically challenged members of the course (me) was truly admirable. The support package is great by the way and it's good to know Youri and the team are only a phone call away when we get our Coffee shop/Gallery enterprise on it's feet. Best regards and thanks again. Many thanks to the team at Limini and Stuart for brillant training on how to make the best coffee. The training was tailor made for me, and provided great hands on practice to understand the art of coffee making. Really enjoyed the 2 day course, both practical and immensely helpful for anyone looking to set up their own business or simply just to perfect their coffee skills. Home coffees have never been so good since!! Training and coffee making was good fun and I learnt a huge amount over the course of 2 days. Thanks again guys for a great course, highly recommend anyone to enrole.. Emma

The course is an excellent way to start you coffee journey. I will never look at a coffee in the same way again, Stu has a wealth of knowledge that he shares in such a way that the morning was not overwheming nor was it too slow a pace. Time flew by, and I didnt want it to end. I now feel I have a fantastic base knowledge to what makes a proper, fresh and tasty cup of coffee and how to operate a proper coffee machine. What a really enjoyable morning. Thanks Stu! A word of warning though...we must have made 20+ coffees each...however tempting it is (as they are so nice) to drink them all dont! I think i flew home to Sheffield after the course! - Stephen

Great way to spend a day. I did the Barita training in the morning and Latte art after lunch .. found both very informative and interesting. Thought a day may be a bit long, the time flew by far too quicky! Home coffee notably better already. Many thanks Graham

Many many thanks to Stuart (and of course Bex) for a truly fantastic day! I had wanted to learn to be a Barista after admiring their skills in both the UK and abroad over many years and Limini has enabled me to realise this ambition. Stuart is a great instructor: Clear, hugely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I am still running the menu on the wall through my mind and making all the drinks in my head Limini coffee is the best I have ever tasted. I would recommend Limini and this course to anyone. Really enjoyed my time at Limini attending the Barista course which was a birthday gift from my family. Stuart was our excellent tutor and he answered all our questions /queries on the day. He has a real passion for good coffee with first hand experience of "the good,the bad and the ugly!" (coffee!) Stuarts skills are world class and he immediately proved to me with his first latte that good coffee doesn't need sugar!!! All I need to do now is demote my Gaggia to the caravan and save up for a better machine for the kitchen!
