I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment and my trainer Vicki with whom I have just completed an intensive two day coffee course. The course was tailored to my requirements and flowed naturally with Vicki's substantial knowledge and experience in the coffee and hospitality industry. Every aspect of the business was covered in great detail, and not only were all my queries addressed, but I was also assured ongoing support when setting up my own business in the future. The training was conducted in a relaxed, fun, yet professional setting, with plenty of barista-ing and coffee-science thrown in for good measure. Vicki's teaching style is one of coach, mentor, facilitator rolled into one and she takes her time to explain minute details when required, whilst also encouraging a curiosity to learn more. I now have much greater confidence and positivity stepping into the coffee world than when I started. It reassures me that my new knowledge and conviction is backed by an expert's simple explanation of facts and figures. I spent two days with the amazing Vicki who really knows her coffee from farm to import to roast to grind to brew but most importantly Vicki knows how to maximise profits and improve the customer experience at point of delivery. A 'must do' course for anyone looking to learn how to be a Barista but also understand how to make the coffee cafe numbers work! Just recently attended the 2 day ‘How to start a Coffee shop course' with Vicki as my tutor. This course is a must for anyone involved with running a coffee shop. Wow what a brilliant course! Having recently splurged on an espresso machine I quickly realised I had all the gear and no idea. Luckily Vicki at Limini took us on a 4 hour journey on all things coffee, from bean to cup. I learned an incredible amount on this hands on course and am so glad I did it - I even managed to create some passable latte art! I can't recommend the Barista Workshop enough - Chris Pady
