I recently completed the one-on-one How to start a coffee shop course, which was an incredible experience. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment and my trainer Vicki with whom I have just completed an intensive two day coffee course. The course was tailored to my requirements and flowed naturally with Vicki's substantial knowledge and experience in the coffee and hospitality industry. Every aspect of the business was covered in great detail, and not only were all my queries addressed, but I was also assured ongoing support when setting up my own business in the future. The training was conducted in a relaxed, fun, yet professional setting, with plenty of barista-ing and coffee-science thrown in for good measure. Vicki's teaching style is one of coach, mentor, facilitator rolled into one and she takes her time to explain minute details when required, whilst also encouraging a curiosity to learn more. I now have much greater confidence and positivity stepping into the coffee world than when I started. It reassures me that my new knowledge and conviction is backed by an expert's simple explanation of facts and figures.
